I visited this location on February 27, 2026. I was placed on a waiting list and told there was a 35 to 45 minute wait. As I set in the lobby I noticed that the front lobby was filthy. Carpet was dirty. There were out of order signs on both the male and female bathrooms. I asked to speak to A manager who showed up and stated that her name was Shauna,
I asked her what was going on with the restrooms, she said that a plumber was on its way, but while waiting, I noticed that there were three female employees who entered the bathroom and one male employee that entered the bathroom two of the females while exiting the bathroom, replied to the staff at the front desk area that they had to do what they had to do even without running water. The employees then entered into the kitchen. Again, I asked for the manager before leaving the restaurant but She did not come to the front lobby area. The employee at the booth stated that there was no plumber coming. The restaurant remained open, despite not having running water in the bathrooms and both had out of order signs. This is a serious health care hazard for the community in which they serve!

I have been a of Red Lobster fan for 20+ years, and I feel like this location just misses the mark with quality and service. There were a few women working at the bar, and I didn’t feel like they were very attentive. It seemed like they weren’t always behind the bar, and a couple of the servers walking by the bar were making comments about guests at their tables, which made me uncomfortable. It took a long time to get biscuits (all parties at the bar were waiting for it), almost when my entrée arrived, and they were on the dry side. The shrimp scampi was overly saturated in butter, and the side of broccoli (only 1 side with entrees now) seemed like a small portion and was very over-cooked, as the pieces would fall apart after picking up with a fork. Maybe this is all Red Lobsters with the food quality now but I was very disappointed and will avoid this location.

Went in for a lil solo dinner and it was great. Perfect timing on my food and drink. The service from Sincere was fantastic. Really hit for me tonight!

Made a reservation for my son’s 17th Birthday party. Our waiter was nice but did not tend to us well. We were waiting long periods of time for him to return. I was absolutely embarrassed when the biscuits didnt come until after the first soup was served and my table kept cracking jokes and chanting biscuits biscuits! Then we all ran out of water, a family member had asked the table “does anyone have any water that they didnt drink yet..?” Embarrassed again, our waiter is nowhere to be found. During our meal someone needed extra napkins and we all offered whatever napkins we had to help him out. It shouldnt be like this. After we ate, which the food was good, I asked to speak to the manager. She says we had two large parties in the back when you came In and ill have a conversation with your server. No apologies and no comp. Totally disrespectful coming from a manager. I can understand being busy but we too had a reservation and if the server was more communicative, I wouldnt have to extend apologies to my family.

We sat for about 10 minutes with no waitress after waiting about 30 minutes for our table. It was my brother’s 30th birthday and I started to get nervous. Laura stopped at our table and asked if anybody had been with us yet. I joked and told her to “steal us” if she wanted. The service she gave us was absolutely impeccable. It was a busy night, but she handled us with such care and grace. It felt like divine intervention that she became our waitress, because she was so attentive and helpful. I got one of the new boils. She jokingly told us that she was from Baltimore and that was the closest she could get to home. I will definitely be back and request her. She made my brother’s birthday so special with a cute little birthday dessert and made us feel like family. 5 stars for the biscuits as always too!!!!

I honestly hate giving places lower ratings but the visit I had today was absurd. I had a pick-up order for 7:15pm and I arrived two minutes before. I called after I parked at the curbside to-go spots, and was told that someone will bring my order out shortly. My order was just the strawberry cheesecake dessert, nothing else. I waited up until 7:40pm in my car before I went in. The host at the front directed me towards the to-go line, where MULTIPLE people were waiting for their orders. One doordasher waited over 45 min and STILL did not receive the food. Another person waited over an hour, still standing there empty-handed. Keep in mind, these were people who placed orders ahead of time. Most of the time I was inside waiting, there was no one behind the to-go counter after seeing customers wait there. I do understand that they were busy, but I was frankly getting a bit upset at the wait. It took almost 50 minutes for me to pick up that slice of cheesecake to-go. I understand the importance of making orders as they come in, but there wasn’t a spare moment of time to put a slice of cheesecake in a to-go box within that time frame? That was all. That easily would’ve been the fastest and most simple order for the night. So unfortunately, that was not a good experience. It shouldn’t have taken that long. The cheesecake also came out ice cold, which was interesting. The only upside was that the cheesecake tasted good.

Red Lobster has been a family tradition for decades. We are a seafood loving family. The biscuits are fire! I only wish they had a good creamy Italian dressing or regular Italian. Their balsamic dressings are too sweet for me. And our server Kyle was a really sweetheart.

Went on a Friday night with my son and sat up at the bar, our favorite place to dine. Alyssa S. was prompt to take our drink and appetizer order after providing menus. I cannot believe how busy she stayed, not only tending those at the bar, but having to make drinks and also wait on side tables! She is amazing, I kept remarking to my son what a great job she was doing. The food was great, I got the Ulimate Feast, he got the Admirals Feast. Love the background music, loud enough to hear without being overpowering. Will definitely be back.

First of all, the wait. There were so many booths available it was unreal. I waited almost an hour for a table/booth. Get seated at least 7-10 if not more booths/tables available. People are still waiting to be seated.
Secondly, the service, horrible. We were serviced by the new server. I understand your new, I get it. It’s 6/6:30 upon arrival. Just under 7:30 when we’re seated. I ordered a drink immediately to mellow out. Our drinks arrive at the table 8/8:15. I’m not a drinker so I ordered a drink I thought would have just the right amount of kick to ease a little stress. Calm the irritation from the wait. Their excuse, short staffed. Not the customers problem, so we shouldn’t have to feel that weight. Anyway, the drink tasted good. Now when I say, I am not a drinker, I am not. I don’t drink, smoke, vape, nothing. I have a bottle of champagne in the fridge in the kitchen from New Year’s, I look at everyday. 2 bottles of red wine that supposedly be for every other day because a glass of red wine in moderation is good for the heart. Bought it for New Year’s as well. Not a drinker. So the drink I ordered should have given me some type of buzz. NOTHING! No hello, but I’ll see you later. Not a peek-a-boo, NOTHING. I was hopeful thinking it was one of those drinks that took a moment to sneak up on you. NOTHING. Such a disappointment. Food arrives, it’s 9p.m. Only 1 person received their food. The flatbread. 9:30 My salad, my small grilled chicken ceasar salad arrives along with the 5 fried pieces of shrimp. Maybe, 6 minutes later, our to go order is ready. I should’ve left that BS right there.
I’ve been to Red Lobster before at a different location and received excellent service. I recall the debate with my date about the tip because our server was on point. I wasn’t driving so I remembered being a bit tipsy off 1 apple martini. We didn’t have to wait to be seated and our food was delicious, fast service.
The Madison Heights location has given me the worst experience ever. I will not be back to that location. I refuse to pay $140 for BS service. Sometimes restaurants or businesses forget that customer service is everything. Without the customer there is no business.
Follow up: I don’t have or want an active Facebook account. Reach out another way. The location however was the Madison Heights location on 12mile off of John R. Horrible service. The quality and portion of the food, .
Having to wait 20-30 minutes for a drink that should have alcohol but didn’t, . Almost an hour for 5 fried shrimp and a small Ceasar salad, (appetizers) .

My husband and I had a delightful dining experience at the Red Lobster in Madison Heights, where we had a reservation for 3 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by one of the managers, Bill, which set a welcoming tone for our meal. Our waiter, Steven, provided attentive service that made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.

For our entrees, I ordered the surf and turf, Red Lobster style, while I enjoyed a delectable trio of lobster, salmon, and shrimp on a Barbie. The flavors were incredible, and every bite was a joy! As for sides, I couldn’t resist the mac & cheese sprinkled with bacon shavings, and I also tried the grilled Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned.

To top it all off, I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried a chocolate-flavored martini for the first time—definitely a tasty treat!

We were so pleased with our meal that we even took home some of the famous cheddar biscuits to enjoy later in the week. Everything was seasoned perfectly and served promptly, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

We can’t wait to return to Red Lobster for another fantastic meal! Highly recommend!
