I ordered 2 drinks, they told me to order at the kiosk machine. Took like 30 jusy to get 2 drinks .I even asked the lady if she could just hand me my cups .I asked nicely and told her it was only 2 drinks .she looked stressed so I continued to wait since it was busy.but for 2 drinks i don’t think I was wrong for asking her for it.then I asked again this time in Spanish since I heard her soela Spanish I even apologized to her telling her I know she was busy but that I only wanted 2 drinks .it wasn’t big order.she gave me attitude asking me “so do you want them or not” I was only apologizing for asking for my order.

The public facing employees here are often rude or mean. I come here occasionally and always cant help but notice that a customer care type of attitude isn’t really prioritized here by the staff who take the orders, give out the orders, answer questions, etc.

I went to this Taco Bell to pick up for uber. I’ve never had such horrible customer service experience. All the girls walked right by me, no greeting, and they weren’t even doing any work they were just talking to each other on the headsets. I finally got someone’s attention after waiting, she said she would let them know. Then she goes on her break, I assumed she communicated to her team there is an uber pick up, I come to find out she didn’t. So I’m waiting expecting it to be done soon. It was taking a while so I go up again and ask for the order. This new worker then proceeds to tell me they can’t make these drinks because the machine isn’t working. None of this was communicated to me when I asked the first girl. Then this other girl comes out with the drinks. This place is a mess. This whole staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. I waited over 15 mins for two drinks….

Man I am so tired of these negative changes happening to restaurants.. first I was in the drive thru for a good 10 min.. y?? And then I finally get my grande toasted burrito and it is no bigger than its discounted counterpart yet it’s double the price.. unbelievably frustrating to be paying for smaller and smaller portions every time you go somewhere for a bite to eat

The parking lot at this joint is poorly lit at night time. On Easter Sunday night, a young fella was riding erratically through the lot and nearly collided with my car. Concerned for my safety, I opted for the drive-thru instead. The same individual followed me, knocked on my window, flashed his phone, and acted aggressively. Another driver behind me even got out later to check if things were okay.
I reported the incident to a staff member wearing glasses, about this suspicioous character, see if the management might need to review the video, but she dismissed my concerns, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. I was surprised by her indifferent response—food doesn’t matter anymore if customer safety at their property is at risk.

It’s Taco Bell.. LoL we love it but you regret it later.. At this location it was about 3:30 kinda slow but it took a long time to come to the counter. No one said Hello or be right there. I waited a bit to order. They were out of almost all sodas.
Order took a long time and it was slow. The gentleman behind the counter was unapologetic and was annoyed that customers kept asking about the soda machine.
Hopefully next visit it will be better.
The Happy hour $1.00 medium drink was good if they had soda.. forced to drink a brisk tea that was horrible. Glad it was only a $1

Spent $33.00 on a #3 & a #9 with 3 extra hard tacos, asked for additional hot sauce as you can see there was a lot ordered and the little manager always is stingy with the hot sauce, I don’t get it. It’s only hot sauce. Who doesn’t like hot sauce on their tacos.

Came in tonight and their service wasn’t nice. The girl told me to use the kiosk because they were busy. I was paying cash, not everyone pays with card. Their food was disgusting. Their tacos have more lettuce than meat.
