This is a large national breakfast/lunch chain so you pretty much know what to expect. The new bananas foster crepes sounded appealing. The bananas were fresh and plentiful. The sauce was good. The crepes themselves were the weakest point. They were thin, but lacked flavor. Overall, the dish was good and priced right. The coffee here was good.
Service at this location was very good. It was fast and friendly from the host to the servers and busboy. They had adequate staff to handle the number of patrons. The space itself is bright and pleasant. There’s a coffee bar near the entrance. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.
Parking in the morning was available, but not a lot of spaces due to the other businesses.

I really enjoyed our waitress She was nice and polite. The food was great I love the pancakes and it’s was a nice place to get caught up with my Aunt and the place was very busy but it was like all the waitresses stayed the back. Cuz I only saw my server the rest where always grouped up at the computer or the back or at hostess stand Just stranges

Edgar was not just our server—he was the ENTIRE experience. From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with the warmest smile and the kind of genuine kindness that instantly makes you feel taken care of. His knowledge of IHOP was next level, like he personally helped write the menu. He walked us through options with confidence, gave top-tier recommendations, and made sure every single detail of our order was perfect. Our food came out exactly how we wanted, our drinks were never empty, and somehow Edgar managed to check in at the perfect moments without ever being overbearing. His energy was positive, professional, and contagious—he truly made the whole restaurant feel brighter. It’s rare to come across service this exceptional, and Edgar went above and beyond in every possible way. This wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience. If IHOP knows what they’re doing, Edgar should be recognized, rewarded, and protected at all costs. We will 100% be coming back and hoping Edgar is our server again because no one else compares.

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience my son and I had during breakfast this morning — unfortunately, on his birthday.
Despite my hesitation about returning, my son insisted on having his birthday breakfast at your restaurant. From the start, the service made it difficult to enjoy what should have been a simple, special meal. The server did not bring the items we requested, including the hollandaise sauce that was supposed to accompany my son’s meal.
After waiting ten minutes, I kindly approached the server to ask about it. She dismissed me and ignored the request entirely. Another ten minutes passed before she returned, and when she finally brought the sauce, she tossed the bowl onto our table without a word. By that time, my son — who is on the spectrum — had already finished his meal without it.
This experience was disrespectful, unnecessary, and especially hurtful given that it was his birthday. I hope you take this feedback seriously so no other family has to go through something similar.

Service was average did good job at trying to up sale. Could tell he was tired and had been ready to be done with work. Food order for to go was correct and was given all I asked for plasticware syrup Napkins but did forgot the straws. Took a little longer on getting my order bit I was okay with the extra few minutes as the order was as I ordered it. Server did invite is back and wished us a good night/ morning…

My experience with this establishment was not bad at all. It is IHOP so ya know how that goes. My food was swiftly delivered. However I have had a better experience with the food flavor off of Colfax & 225 location.
My customer service experience @ this location was top notch and Mos Def surpassed any of my visits @ Da Colfax location. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa

Come in for bteakfast and 10 min of yelling and cussing. The staff did nothing as we all sat stuck in conflict. The manager hid in the back acting like he was on the phone. We thought he was on the phone with 911 but no. When one man left i followed him into parking lot to make sure he left. I thought the cops were on the way. Nope he did nothing to protect the people inside. Then he charges everyone inside full price. Thanks I hop.

Table was disgusting had someones eye lashes left on it. Server took 20 minutes just to get us drinks (they had no business) the host had to remind the server to serve us. The food was horrible the fries were so crunchy and cold. Seemed to be refried and had way too much salt! Burger came out no lettuce no veggies at all. We will never be going back save your self the hassle and eat else where! And they are way to expensive!!! 60 bucks for this crap!

The French toast was cold as if it had been sitting out all night and rock hard frozen butter sat on top
Pancakes had expired strawberries on them and were cold to the touch…the coffee tasted like dish soap was in it
The waiter we got was amazing kind on time and all smiles it was his cook and host who burdened him
