Absolutely amazing local food truck filled with delicious treats!! Mom and pop owned, the son brought me these phenomenal desert rolls that are only $5 each!!!! One was a Biscoff cookie butter cheesecake roll and another was apple cinnamon. These are delicious! A must try! Very kind people and will definitely be back soon!! Thank u ☺️♥️

The burgers here are seriously some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The buns were soft, buttery, and absolutely perfect. My daughter loved the fries, and my wife ordered the El Diablo—I tried a couple bites and wow, that burger is on another level. I had the Jaminator, which was really good, but the El Diablo was next-level crazy good. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried! Smash and Roll absolutely lives up to the hype. The smash burgers are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and have that crispy edge that only a true smash burger can get. Every bite is packed with flavor.
And don’t even get me started on the dessert egg rolls…pure genius. They’re the perfect mix of crispy, gooey, and sweet

They were open late when other food trucks were not so I thought I would give them a try, will definitely be back! Burger and fries were amazing and the truffle sauce was the perfect touch. Everything was fresh and was ready in a matter of minutes, the guy working was incredibly nice as well. Highly recommend!

Went to the ultimate food truck festival this past weekend and this smash burger truck was the one. I tried the OG smash burger and the Jaminator smash burger. Both were amazing. Smash patties were crispy and juicy. The OG had a smash sauce that reminded me of In and out burger sauce which I loved. The Jaminator had a bacon jam that was out of this world, very unique . And don’t forgot the dessert egg rolls. That bischoff cheesecake egg roll was on another level, must try. Highly recommend. Staff super friendly and food didn’t take long at all. Oh and those crispy seasoned fries were the icing on the cake. 10 out 10.

Had this truck today at “That place down the street”, got the OG smash burger with bacon jam and it was so good. The burger literally melts in your mouth, soooo good. Fries are also seasoned perfectly
