BBQ meats (pork, beef and chicken) smoked slow over pecan, citrus or cherry wood. Our Pitmaster is a 5th generation Floridian. She specializes in Florida style BBQ. Biscuits, desserts and pastries are made from scratch. Sides are created from fresh, local ingredients. Marinades and sauces are made with local citrus and fruits. Some of the citrus and fruits come from trees on our property. Florida soul food. Occasionally we offer specials such as Brunch, Biscuits & Gravy or Pot Pies. Catering is available.

Flouthern catered a friend’s party. Their jerk pork belly was the best bbq I have ever tasted. It was flavorful and had a deep smoke ring. It melted in my mouth.
The side dishes were very good. My favorite was the collard greens. They were in a sauce that was tangy and spicy. Much different than the collard greens I am used to and what is served at most soul food restaurants.
They are a food truck but I haven’t seen them around town. If I hadn’t attended the party I wouldn’t have known they existed.

Shake it Loose
I stumbled across this food trailer when I visited Lebowski’s Pup Pub next door. The food was phenomenal! I had the bone in pork belly, rice and collard greens. Everything was seasoned. There was enough meat for two meals. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I will eat here again.
My only criticism is they didn’t have any iced tea. The owner said they plan to have more drinks in the future.

My family and ate here for dinner and was excellent! The jerk pork-belly was my favorite with the green sauce. The sweet potato cheesecake melts in your mouth!
