Live close and enjoyed this Rita’s site for years. Just stopped by Saturday night at 9 PM for two ice creams. The store is closed and the person inside told us it opens at 10 PM and then closes at 12 midnigh What kind of store is this that opens at 10 PM at night on a Saturday? What’s up with this Rita’s in Jackson? Also, two ice creams are $16.
Left the Rita site on County line Road and headed for Route 9 in Howell. Opened till 10 pm which makes sense. Great service, this is our new stop.

HORRIBLE!! Ordered ice cream sandwiches , never got them. Ordered a milkshake, didn’t come with a straw. How dumb can workers be??? Seriously. How dumb. Someone needs to show you guys how to do your job. Can’t wait to stop by tomorrow and do that! See ya soon

They charged us $9.13 for these two tiny treats. After having been stone-walled because the teenage employees with no clear management decided to close up 40 minutes early and only offer 10 items. Meanwhile, after we left, 7 more people pulled up. Were they all told they couldn’t get what they wanted because they didn’t wanna have to clean the machines after closing at the actual time they’re supposed to close? Under-served and over paid.

Over all my place at Rita’s was amazing. This one employee named Bayron gave me the most excellent costumer service. This was my first time trying Rita’s as i am new to this country & he guided me every step of the way in making my Rita’s experience, one of the best. He truly was an amazing help & a great employee. This was a 5 start experience!!!!

The ice cream is standard fare for any Rita’s, so it’s a good time. The seating outside though is always so messy – you can’t find a spot that isn’t covered in layers of congealed ice cream that looks like it’s been on the seating and table since the beginning of time. If you’re eating to-go it’s a far better time.

It’s changed. My family all loved Rita’s. It was a local great place for the last 15 years. But I feel they’ve lost their touch. This location seems so disorganized and quality is subpar. Also the price has gotten ludicrous. $6 for a small vanilla soft-serve!? Disappointed.

There was garbage everywhere outside of the store with overflowing garbage cans, meanwhile the 3 workers inside doing nothing and just talking and joking around not cleaning up. Very unprofessional and didn’t have anything we were trying to order. Left without getting anything. Mostly don’t appreciate the litter flying everywhere going all over the road because of people not wanting to do their job.
