Came in to the nova road location in Daytona tonight. The young lady and guy working there are awesome sauce. They were absolutely some of the friendliest, fast moving employees that I have seen in quite a while. More companies should strive to keep employees like these two. Visited on 2-22-26. These are upper crust employees. No pun lol.

It’s nice they have a drive through but really aggregating they let people sit there waiting for their pizza to bake. If it’s not ready have them forward. I sat in line behind one far for 10+ min only to have to back up, pull to the side, go in and get my order, and still leave before theirs was done. It’s not that hard to ask people to pull ahead and bring it out. That took all of the convience out of the drive thru in my opinion.

We got the shaq a roni and if this is a shaq a roni he’s a tiny guy! The service was bad we walked in and the front guy stood with his back turned and finally turned around and was extremely slow. No other customers was there so no reason to ignore us. The garlic butter sauce was cold and nasty

I’m a delivery driver and as I am waiting I watched someone knock boxes over, ask someone else to pick them up off of the floor and then proceed to put a customers food in it. Absolutely disgusting. This store is not sanitary and I have been waiting 30 minutes for my order already and they forgot the customers second order of wings on top of that. Ridiculous and disgusting, I would never suggest eating here.

Food was alright, but the prices were so expensive even with the 20% off on all items.
We decided to pick it up because it was cheaper that way. Yet paid 50 bucks for 2 pizzas and wings, asked for plain wings but got home and they were smothered in bbq sauce, ugh. Pizza was cold and not correct to my recipe. So not my favorite store.

I’ve never had a problem with them before. But recently I ordered a pizza got home. Took a bite of it and had a piece of hair on it i was so grossed out. I couldn’t even eat the my pizza, I understand it happens, but if you’re dealing with food and you have long hair, no matter what you should have a hair net they were very sorry about what happened. They said they would refund my order. I have 3 to 5 days to find out it was actually refunded. I told them i would bring the pizza back and you then took a photo that I can send to them but they said no need for that so we will see
