What a joke! The hamburger patty is smaller than the sliced of tomato. Both were much smaller than the bun, which was burnt. So it was a tomato sandwich really. Fries were cold and tasted aged. Will never be back. People are nice but that won’t keep a customer when the product is crap. (The picture looks bigger than it was, I couldn’t get all sides. About same size as McDonald’s! Ick)

Stopped by In-N-Out today and had such a great experience! The line was pretty long (as always), but it moved fast, and the staff was super friendly and upbeat. My burger came out hot, fresh, and perfectly made — juicy, flavorful, and just sooo good. The fries were crispy, and the shake was the perfect sweet ending.
The place was clean, the energy was great, and you could tell everyone was happy to be there. Definitely worth the stop — In-N-Out never disappoints! ✨

I hadn’t eaten at an In-N-Out Burger in a long time. I went last week to the location on Stacy in Allen, TX. The burger had no flavor, the bun was totally burnt on one end and the fries—they certainly don’t taste like they’re made from real potatoes. They were crispy and very dry. If I had a blindfold on, I would not have guessed that I was eating a french fry. I was very disappointed in the food.
However, the gentleman taking my order, Bruce, was exceptionally friendly and very pleasant. Kudos to HR for hiring good employees!

I don’t normally eat at fast food places and In N Out is pretty much the only one I will eat at because I know the food is fresh. No pre-made Frozen patties. My understanding is the meat is delivered fresh everyday and they make their own patties. As a person who eats carnivore most of the time this is a special treat because lettuce and onions are usually not part of carnivore. I always get the protein style Double-Double with added onions. I was coming home from a concert and didn’t want to come home and cook so I stopped and got two double doubles absolutely delicious!!

We love In N Out. Sometimes it’s a little salty, but it’s great value for the price. Love the French fries are cut in house. It’s just a great place to go. Make sure to specifically ask for well done if that’s your jam.

Southern California native, now living in DFW. It’s a pleasure to see In-N-Out doing so well outside CA. It has become more popular than What-A-Burger which says a lot here in TX.
