Cracker Barrel has always been a classic treat for my family and me, and today was no different. The nostalgic tastes of breakfast and southern style food leaves your belly full and tastebuds happy. My ongoing favorite has always been their buttermilk pancakes with the slight crisp on the edge and fluffy center. The true topper is the warmed syrup they give you to take it to the next level. I also always enjoy the cinnamon apples which are flavorful, warm, and a solid side. We also had the honey fried chicken with was delicious. A lot of food, so be prepared to have leftovers. The genius idea is that they put a biscuit under the chicken to soak the the flavor and juices which leaves an insanely delicious flavor on the biscuit. I’d also like to comment that the restroom here was pleasantly clean, which I appreciate! A well kept location, with kind staff, and delicious food!

Stopped on the way to CT and had wife and 2 kids. Kids order burger and fries. Wife and I ordered breakfast. We finished the breakfast and then the Fries come out. Eddie said he was the manager but he really didn’t seem like he wanted to give me his name. Not a good experience at all. My e instead of changing names and logos they should focus on service and customer satifaction

This last visit was exceptional , coming off the Interstate and wanting a good meal, I chose Cracker Barrel. I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots. The Chicken was hot and juicy and was the best tasting meal I have had in months. The server also gave me two biscuits, very good meal.

My husband and I went 2 times during the course of our vacation. The service was excellent both times.
The first visit (in NMB) my husband got the Southern Fried Chicken meal and loved it. I got the new Steak and Shrimp dinner. The shrimp, sauce, and mashed potatoes were great. The steak was the WORST cut of meat I have ever had.
Very tough to cut/mostly all fat- as per the picture. Disappointed. Also, they ‘ran out of lettuce’, so I could not get a salad either. lol
The 2nd visit, (Pennsville NJ) my husband got the same chicken meal and was happy with it. I got the Chicken Salad and that was very good. The water was terrible though. It tasted like sewer water, and the lemon did not help at all.
I ordered the Raspberry tea, and it was way too sweet to drink.
Not sure, you might have to BYOW, BYOL depending on which one you go to….

Had a fabulous experience tonight filled with great food and service! Shawn greeted us at the host desk, Glenn was our fabulous server and Gabe at the register. All 3 were outstanding! Was extremely impressed and will be back!

Today is the 3rd time in 2 months that my family and I have gone to CB for breakfast, and all 3 times we have had Adrianna for our server. Always polite, always checks up on us, just overall a great worker. She is the reason we keep coming back. And the food is good too.

We go to this location everytime we go this direction. Our salads took 48 minutes to arrive and it was all downhill from there. However, I feel like the server was new…I did mention this to mgmt and the comped our entire bill. We will be returning to this location.

We had a great experience during a busy Sunday lunch crowd. Timothy served our table of 12 with ease and attentiveness. He was kind and thoughtful. The manager Mike stopped at our table to check on us and was great. We had a large group and they went out their way to accommodate our needs! 5 star experience at the Pennsville Cracker Barrel.
