Their chicken and sale prices are awesone. Small wait all the time (always busy) and definitely not a place to stay and eat, mostly “cash n carry” but if no one’s cooking and you dont wanna break the Bank, WingStop is one place to consider.

This past weekend had wingstop in Nashville. Amazing how good it was. The last few times here the fry’s were cold the wings were limp and had very little sauce. Pure garbage at this location.

Absolutely done with this place. I’ve given it so many chances and they have failed each time. My fries are NEVER cooked through and I always order them ‘well done’. They hardly get my order correct and I’ve been shorted wings before. I understand there is a wing shortage but my order yesterday was just tragic. Wings the size of a damn lego! Worst customer service ever! 40 min for a chicken sandwich. Every time you ask they say “5 minutes” ! I ordered vegetables sticks that I assumed were fried , why ? because they were listed directly under the French fries . They weren’t listed near the dips, so why would I think they were raw?!! And they forgot the fries! All they gave us was a chicken sandwich and two free brownies. I guess we got free brownies , I guess that’s supposed to make me feel better ? It didn’t. Unbelievable! Plus they have so many door dashers standing around waiting for one or two orders while their first order is getting cold. Don’t stop here customer service is the worst I have seen ! I even pulled over to call the manager. She wanted to offer me credit but I told her We won’t be back!!

Good wings, but removing Sweet Chili flavor was a big mistake, I won’t be ordering from this place again. If they bring it back, I will upgrade my review to 4 stars.
