I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup. I live about 10 minutes from there. I ordered the beans preparados, tacos Tamaulipas and a chicken quesadilla. It said my order would be ready in about 10-15 minutes. I got there about 10 minutes too early and waited. About 3 minutes closer to the time it said the food would be ready, I went to the window told them I was there for a pickup. I got my food and started to open it, the beans were barely warm and my 2 tacos were cold. The quesadilla I was told was at good temperature as well as the Tamaulipas tacos.
My tacos were full of flavor as well as the beans, just very disappointed that I had to wait to get home to warm them up. The green salsa was also delicious, but very spicy. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining!

The workers are very nice, however, for $15 I only got drums, and they were the size of the mini tacos. I drove all the way from the Medical Center specifically for this taco truck. I will not return.

After a long day at work, my son and I decided to try this food truck. I pass it up quite often. I’m surely glad we decided to stop by. Easy to order, took them only 10mins to prepare. The food was great, I loved how they put it on the foam tray and wrapped it in plastic wrap, versus the regular to go box where your food turns soggy quick. I had to pull over to properly put the sautéed onions on the street taco and the fixings on my birria tacos. Let me tell you they were 95% better than the ones we have on the nw side hands down. I’ll be returning real soon.

Tried a new spot, passed it by so many times and it was just time to give it ago.
The pastor is definitely the way to go here. However the fajita beef lacked flavor. There was also consistency issues between other items like the queso taco and gordita.
The menu names are hard to place an order for, especially for those that don’t speak Spanish. When the employees mess up your order because they don’t know their own stuff, it shows.
The extra price tag on tacos shows on the ingredients and delivery. Avocado, queso fresco, cilantro, onions, etc.
For those that can’t decide on what to get. Ask for the taco sampler. It doesn’t come with one chicken taco, so just ask for it. This way you can try one of each of their combinations.
With everything, it can be a hit or miss but was definitely enjoyed.
Expect to pay on average 10-12 bucks per order here. There are some cheaper options, but not for those that are hungry.
Service is fast.
Think it’s worth a try.
But for what you get we will stick to our go to taco truck Alazan a street over. Priced better and consistent.

(Salsa is a crucial part of eating street tacos) I’ve been disappointed with this food truck. I’ve ordered through DoorDash four times now and consistently paid for extra salsa, but rarely receive it. It seems like they only include two salsas total, even when ordering five tacos. I just opened my “extra” salsa and it was filled only a quarter of the way, what a joke. For the price and repeated requests, I expected better attention to detail.

Ordered the supreme nachos and was disappointed. They were basic nachos with cheese , missing several toppings listed on the menu. Paying $13 for what felt like $2 refresquería nachos was frustrating. The tacos are usually good, but for the price, better quality and customer service are expected.

This is the 2nd time trying place. First time it was really good. This time they were cold and not good. We got the Tamaulipas tacos they barely Avcado. And hardly no QUESO FRESCO! Next time I’ll just bring my own from home. We got charros, and the NL tacos it all came out to 30.30. It is expensive. Won’t be back soon
On the weekends they be in a rush and they charged me 1$ for 3 little more extra potatoes.

The Williams sisters
I was very hangry and impulsively searched for a food truck and landed on a GEM. Kid you not, the food arrived in TEN minutes hot and ready. At first I thought this was too expensive but then I only ate 2 and a half tacos out of four and I was stuffed. I had to share the rest with my dad. They are very fulfilling and delicious. The tortillas were made to perfection and the mild to spice level was perfect. Y’all are doing amazing KEEP IT UP
