The worker at the front counter was extremely rude. As I was about to use tap to pay her machine wasn’t working. As I continue to try and move my phone around to pay she rudely tells me “ stop moving your phone around so you can pay” she then tells us to move away from the counter and proceeds to give us the wrong order. Her patience wasn’t there and was making a very hostile environment. Working as fast food I find this extremely unprofessional giving there was no reason to act that way. At the end of the day you’re supposed to greet your customers with respect and kindness hoping they’ll come back again. Personally I had a bad experience but I hope you have a better one if you do end up coming to this starbucks.

Debra was helping me check out and rang up my order wrong but then promptly fixed it and then went above and beyond to make sure all was good with our transaction! She did it all with a smile, very conscientious, another great experience at Starbucks. Loving This Kerrville Starbucks. Hope you have a lot more wonderful employees like Deborah.

Quite the wait time. When I got my lemon loaf they had thrown it in the bag and the frosting was smeared all over the bag. That’s the best part, so that was disappointing. Drink was okay.

I visited the Kerrville Starbucks location off of Sidney baker closet to I-10 & the service is quick, efficient and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The spinach and gouda wrap was decent tasting a little pricey but when your hungry it will do. Also I enjoyed the hot cappuccino but be careful as its super scalding hot so wait a few minutes before you take a sip.

First off, it was Thanksgiving day! The wait on the drive-thru took about 35 minutes with only 4 cars in front. Its common to wait at a Starbucks, but not this much. But given the day it was, this wasn’t my main concern. I ordered a White Chocolate Latte. I have had this hundreds of times at many locations, this was by far the worst. It tasted like the coffee beans were cremated instead of toasted and the coffee was brewed the day before! I literally just drove and as soon as I took a sip, had to stop to throw it away. Service was as expected for a Starbucks.

The only reason I put 4 stars on service is because Starbucks needs to put a roof over intercom were they take orders . Reason being is that when it rains our cars get wet in the inside having our window down. The electrical on the down can get damaged. The young lady told me please wait a bit. It took over 5 minutes waiting with my window down and it was raining. You guys please fix this for your loyal customers. Thank you

What the hell happened? This USED to be the superior Starbucks in Kerrville, but not anymore. This is the 3rd time in as many weeks I’ve gotten a drink here and just straight up not drunk it and driven across town to the other one. I haven’t even bothered asking them to remake it because it’s not that they got my drink wrong; it’s just clear they didn’t want to make it in the first place. There are grounds all in the bottom and maybe one pump of syrup. I don’t leave reviews often, but I’m freaking irritated because I live 20 minutes outside of Kerrville, and my Starbucks drink used to be the one thing I looked forward to about having to drive into town. Now, I’m driving to the other side of town and paying $12.24 for one drink. That won’t happen again, for sure.
