This is my go to Craft Beer place in the area. The variety is always top notch. On tap beer from breweries all over the U.S. Great people, clean glasses; draught lines, and space. Brandon, Tony…Fantastic crew. And the to go beers are also quite impressive. Crowlers and a wide variety of packaged beers in the cooler. And don’t miss the free cheese, crackers; and sausage on Wednesday evenings. *Updated* Solid, holiday, offering.

What can I say? This is THE can/bottle and tap shop in Madison. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. The beers are ever rotating and they even get rare offerings from breweries all over the country. Their outdoor patios (front and back) are a plus to enjoy a beer al fresco. Bonus: the bar is dog friendly and well-behaved pups are encouraged to tag along, so no stressing about leaving Fido at home when you want a beer in the heat of summer or the dead of winter.

This place has an Excellent selection of single beers to take home and the prices are very good. Definitely a decent sized Tap List as well. I was extremely surprised tp see Garagiste Meadery on tap.

Barleypop has a fantastic assortment at any given time. It’s always got a healthy crowd, but never feels like a big crowd atmosphere. 40 taps and on premise bottle means there is something for everyone. No food but it is in the heart of the east side, so great local restaurants are close by.

Fantastic tap room just north of downtown Madison. Lots of great beers on tap and your can bring your outside food in to enjoy as well. The inside is dog friendly and staff is so nice!

We went here for an event and really liked it. They’re fairly new and their beers are definitely worth checking out. It seems like they have a nice event calendar as well for some fun options. They serve pre-packaged snacks, but don’t have a kitchen.
