The location, the staff and the ambiance was great!!
We ordered the Chef’s special for Lunch (vegetarian options) – Eggs Drop Soup (slightly salty), House Salad, Spring Rolls and for the entrée – Signature Lo Main and Mongolian Tofu (Brown rice).
The plating was excellent!
The service was prompt and friendly!
Though the food came in hot, by the time we dug in for some extra on our plates, the Mongolian Tofu had become cold and hard & chewey. As if it was originally microwaved hot? The egg drop soup was slightly salty. The Brown Rice accompanying the Mongolian Tofu also was hot when it came in but got cold and hard very fast (as if it was reheated).
We were the second customers for lunch yesterday – we expected better food.
The paper napkin on the seat I was seated at had food spots and the cloth napkin upon unfolding had hair (see attached pictures). – expected better.
There are lots of parking spaces all around. The bathrooms are very clean.
Kung Pao chicken was delicious , Chicken Fried Rice which we loved. I read a lot of people liked the sesame chicken, so we ordered one and IMO it was not that appealing to me for some reason, and we ordered sides of lo mein and it was nice too.
They also gave us a complementary slice of red velvet cake with sparkles as it was a birthday dinner.
Must visit and I suppose they have a huge menu, would go again and will try some more of the dishes.
Overall a nice place for occasions and its on a medium as far as cost is concerned.
Service was exceptional — while I do not recall the server’s name, she took great care of us, ensuring that everything was customized to our needs, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant is nicely located right off US 1, with ample parking available, making it very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience with both food and service, and I would definitely recommend P.F. Chang’s for anyone looking for a memorable dining outing.
We requested to be seated at a comfortable booth, and the host was able to accommodate that fairly quickly. The booth added to the relaxed atmosphere.
To start, an order of the half portion crab wontons was brought out, and they were genuinely delicious. Fresh-tasting, crispy, and perfectly golden, the kind of appetizer that hits the right way as soon as it arrives. That crunch was on point.
A lemon drop martini was ordered, served nice and chilled, which I really appreciated. The frosted look on the glass showed it was prepared right. The lemon peel had a couple of small blemishes, but the drink itself was smooth, balanced.
An order of Mongolian Beef was ordered for the table, It didn’t disappoint. The flavors were exactly what I expected. Considering it was the tail end of a Friday night, the kitchen delivered with classic dish.
An order of honey chicken was also part of the meal, and while the flavor was good, the coating was very lightly applied. Because the tempura-style batter was thin, several bites didn’t have that crispy crunch I was hoping for. Not a dealbreaker, but it did take away from the overall experience just a bit.
The fried rice wasn’t quite what I expected at first, but the trainer server picked up on it right away and made sure a fresh batch was brought to the table. It wasn’t something I absolutely needed, but the gesture was appreciated. It showed a genuine intention to provide a good experience.
Service overall was friendly and helpful. Everything that we needed was taken care by our server who had great friendly energy.
To finish the night, an order of butter cake was prepared to-go, and the team packed the ice cream separately with a small bag of ice to keep it cold on the ride home. That’s the type of thoughtful touch you don’t always see, but it makes a difference.
A small note: slightly softer lighting and a quick alignment of the table spotlights could help enhance the overall ambiance.
Overall, I would rate this dining experience an 8.6/10. A few small details fell short, but the evening delivered delicious food, solid drinks, and attentive service where it mattered most.

My server Ron was great (also with other patrons) and I hope to go there again soon.
The green beans was good as usual , the only good thing was our server Laurie.
