I recently had the pleasure of visiting Main Street Café in Marlborough, and I truly enjoyed the experience.

The cafe is now under new management, and it’s clear that the new owners are committed to taking the business to even greater success. While the café has always been a special place in the community, the new direction brings fresh energy and a strong dedication to excellence, while honoring the foundation that was built before.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Perfect for anyone looking to spend quality time, have a meaningful conversation, or simply take a peaceful break during the day. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfort, care, and truly sense the presence of God.

The service was excellent, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. And the food is exceptional. Everything on the menu is prepared with attention and flavor.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly place to relax, connect, and enjoy great food, this is definitely a spot you shouldn’t miss.

I loved being there, and I will certainly be bringing friends and people from my circle to experience it as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Food was good and portions are big. I had the corned beef hash and my wife and omelet. I asked for a side of jalapeños and I got it….ohhhhhh

Such a good breakfast spot! The vibe is cozy, and everything feels made with care.
I have to talk about the banana Nutella pancake, SO good! Fluffy, sweet, and perfectly balanced with fresh bananas and Nutella. Easily one of my favorites. If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast, this is definitely the place to go!

Got to this past week – now under new ownership. Same, cozy breakfast spot feel. Been coming here for over 10 years now. Food quality has improved dramatically. It was good before. Even better now. Prices are up a bit as well, but that’s expected. Also definitely worth it because the quality speaks for itself . Might be the BEST breakfast spot in Marlborough now for sure . A must try !

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Coffee was perfect, the breakfast (egg bacon cheese on bagel, and hash and egg breakfast with toast) were INCREDIBLE. The hash browns are just right and the taste test we got of the banana bread French toast was out of this world.

The space was clean and welcoming with calming lighting. Love the breakfast bar setup and everyone on crew was happy and kind. Serving staff amazing, chefs also amazing. A Marlborough Gem for sure.

Thanks guys!

Service was friendly but somewhat distracted.
I had the florentine omelet with bacon and Diane had 2 eggs and a English muffin.
The omelet was very good as well as her scrambled eggs. I had the low carb version so it didn’t have the home fries and toast.
While the food was good I found the pricing a little much. For a 2 egg omelet and 2 scrambled eggs with tip it was $40+
Everything is recommended but the cost.

This place is beautiful when you walk in. I don’t know if there’s been some type of water damage, but it smells really strong of mold. I can’t rate the food because they really messed up my order. It was kind of disappointing because nobody was in there. I received the most undercooked eggs of my life when I ordered over medium They forgot the cheese. I threw the food away.

A great hometown America cafe. Food was real good. Taste like omelets you get at home. Service with a smile. Friendly and clean. The atmosphere is basic and would look cool if it was diner styled. A little freshen up would serve it well but if you are hungry, the food is real good. Tell em Barsnobs sent ya.

I got a cup of turkey soup and a cheeseburger and fries. The turkey soup was okay, the flavor was a little confusing. It seemed like the person making it wasn’t quite sure what direction they wanted to go with it; like a traditional chicken soup or more of an Italian wedding soup. It landed somewhere in the middle. But, it was hearty and clearly homemade.
My cheeseburger was very attractive and a healthy handful. Lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Bun was nice. The burger itself was cooked perfectly. My only comment would be that I don’t think that the meat was seasoned at all. The fries were absolutely perfect. They were shoestring style, golden and fried beautifully.
The issue that would make me hesitant to return was the server’s response to my food allergy. Each time I stressed that being exposed to the item I am allergic to would end in my having anaphylaxis, the server said, “Got it, no (name of food).” That REALLY didn’t make me confident that the server understood what a food allergy is or that my eating something I am allergic to could end in my death.
