What is the problem with youth.
Sat down at the bar area. Sat there waiting on the beer tender for about 5-6 minutes while she carried on a conversation with I presume friends. That must be why customers are not as important. Finally got service. (If you can call it that) I think there was better attraction on her cell phone. We were neglected the entire time except for the times I had to get her attention. I attached a photo.
After our order came I requested soy sauce. The food server just walked away. I thought to get some for us. She later was walking by with another order. I asked if we could still some soy sauce. She rolled her eye so obviously I could see she didn’t want to get it.
I’m not a big fast food fan
I prefer restaurant quality and relaxing sit down atmosphere.
I chose PF Chang’s and didn’t really get what I expected.
Food is changing in a little less quality. I used to get the lettuce wraps but the last few times I have been in, I have been less satisfied each time. Didn’t even order them this time.
I ordered pepper steak. I was surprised how good it was. A+ for this one.
I could go on more about what was dissatisfied me but I’ll stop here.
The food overall was better than usual. A pleasant surprise. The service was probably a D rated service from everyone I had interaction with. Very sad that you expect the minimum and don’t even get that now.

Angela was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness and attention to detail made our entire experience exceptional, and the service was truly incredible. She recommended a dessert we never would have tried on our own, and it ended up being a highlight of the meal. It’s so refreshing to dine somewhere with a server who genuinely cares about the quality of the food and the overall guest experience—and does it all with such a friendly smile and positive attitude. We will definitely be back and will be asking for Angela every time.

Food was good. We had plenty to eat and everything was seasoned well. The Black pepper steak was exceptional. Service was great. Our waitress was amazing. The ambiance was good, but it was loud. The biggest disappointment was we had to wait for 30 minutes after our reservation time. Someone obviously booked too many reservations.
