I am an ex-store manager with 5 years of Subway experience, my husband is an ex-district manager with 10 years of experience. The store was very clean, but that’s about as good as it gets. Upon arrival at 12:15PM, there was nothing but stale bread from last night and white bread available. We know by corporate standards you are not supposed to keep bread from the previous night. I got my usual, and could not get more than 2 bites into it without getting the worst case of cotton mouth you can imagine from the bad bread. My husband asked for herb and cheese, and it wasn’t yet cooled off for serving. Overall very disappointing experience, and not how we would keep our own stores by any stretch.

The workers here are so rude. They are very impatient and disrespectful. They have lots of attitude and the sandwiches are not good at all. I ate a sandwich from here and had the worst stomach pain after and it tasted like it had been kept for days. Very rude employees and horrible food.

I went in and ordered some cookies and I had some time to kill until I had to go back to work. I put my head down on my backpack with my headphones on and this lady with blonde highlights knocks on my table to abruptly get my attention and rudely kicks me out. I’m thinking she assumed I was a homeless person or something but even so it was so rude and aggressive for no reason. I wasn’t bothering anyone and I had bought food there. I had put my head down for five minutes at most. It did not deserve this level of hostility and aggression .

The Spanish guy with the gold chain and gold earring that was there today at this time needs to be fired asap went in and ordered a tuna sandwich and he started making a meatball sandwich I simply told him I wanted a tuna sandwich he started cursing me out in Spanish when I asked for his name he said he doesn’t know

This is nothing personal against this particular store but subway as a whole. My recent experience here was similar to the subway on bvl, disappointing, they have fallen off and I go to different subways with the hope it was just a bad day and still it’s always something. This time I must say I had tuna and the tuna itself and toppings was very good but the bread was super hard and this was 9:30am it was hard literally to enjoy it with the bread being so hard, had to eat around it.

Employee female Afro-american she was rude . I bought 3 foot-longs
with soda and chips.when i want to serve my sodas surprise at the store do not have lids for small cups I take 3 large cups and transfer the coke from one small cup to a large cup its the lid that the store has available. the lady (employee) starts yelling that I stole the cups of soda I explained to her you do not have lids for small cups. the store had more that 5 customers at line when she started yelling at me and 5 customers were waiting for her at the line ,
looking her out of control. NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT

African-American old lady working there needs to find a new job or retire ASAP. I came to this store for the first time and instead of being greeted, i was yelled “white or wheat” by this lady. I replied in confusion “herb and cheese”, because that the is only bread I like. The lady got even more rude and replied back “you are clearly not listening, if we had herb and cheese i would have said it”, and asked me again even more angry “white or wheat”. I got so upset, and I asked the lady it she was okay, or if i had offended her somehow??? She then replied: “this is how i am, this is how i speak, nobody can’t change the way I am. So there you go Subway, she admitted that she is rude and that shes fine with being rude because thats the way she is. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I should had walk out and never paid for my sandwich, but I did. I work in customer service as well, and it bothers me how other employees treat you bad even though you are being polite to them. In the end, I never ate my sandwhich. The whole situation and horrible treatment by this lady made my appetite go away. I should have read the previous google reviews before going to this location. There is a bunch of customers complaining about this rude lady for months. I wonder why no action has been taken. Avoid this location unless you want to be humiliated, treated horribly and yelled by this lady.

My experience in this store was awesome!! Christian is very polite, well spoken and is knowledgeable about the choice a customer has to pick from. The place is clean and there is a positive atmosphere. Will be happy to come back
