Harley eat little Caesar went in today for a whole pie w green peppers and beef. When I first received the pie the peppers was uneven cuts sum big sum little and not portion throughout the whole Pie. I immediately brought it back and explain to them not only did the pizza look sloppy, but it was falling apart everything was sliding off. The manager on staff was every helpful not only did he fix the problem, it looks better than i expected. Thank you for taking the time. Tyler is definitely a manager who cares about what the customer wants. He did not complain he absolutely listen and took everything I said in.

Every time I order from this Little Caesars, the pizza is either undercooked, floppy, or way too thin. Out of all my visits, I’ve only had one pizza that was made right. It’s disappointing because this location is so close to my house, but the quality here is consistently bad. I shouldn’t have to reheat or “fix” my pizza after paying for it. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but I’m done. Something seriously needs to change with the way this store is being run. If it’s worth mentioning the employee’s always have an attitude too. Not going back anymore after this time.

When I arrived to pick up my order it was not placed in the code boxes. Instead I had to wait for the SINGLE employee to finish everyone else’s orders before he even looked my way to tell me to wait, most of the time he was in the back and never asked what I needed or what he could help me with. Instead told me to wait, wait, wait. By the time he asked me what I needed and actually handed me the food it was cold. Had I been able to tell him I was there to pick up an order I could have been able to skip an unnecessary 30 minute wait. I expected my order that was placed AN HOUR in advance would be enough time for them to have it done and placed into the self serve boxes, but no. When I got home the mini pizzas I had asked for were very small and burned. I had half a mind to drive back and show them to a manager and ask for a refund, the only reason I didn’t is because I had already spent a good 30 minutes waiting for my order that was just sitting in the back. Would NOT recommend anyone to go to this place. It would be faster and easier to drive 20 mins out of your way and go to a different one.

Food never ready it’s just this location, all the other locations in Florence are very prompt with service. Every time I come they hand me this little black box and tell me it will be 5 10 minutes makes no sense to wait for pizza this cheap anyways I even have to wait for online orders I place doesn’t make no sense at all they need better micro management here

I placed my order on the app, received confirmation, then an update that it was ready. I went to the drive thru and they said it wasn’t quite ready to please pull into a parking place for a little bit and then come back through the drive through. I waited about 10 minutes and went back through no luck in getting my pizza, I was asked again to park. The third time through I was told he didn’t know what to tell me, my pizza was done but it was waiting to be cut and boxed. I didn’t move out of the drive this time until I got my pizza. It was finally given to me at 6:50, an hour after I ordered and about 40 minutes after getting my “it’s ready” email. My pizza was cold and didn’t even look like it was the extra most bestest cheese pizza. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this Little Caesars.

I ordered a special pizza so I had to wait 10 minutes to get my pizza instead of grabbing one that was hot and ready. I like the fact that they have a drive thru so I don’t have to get out of my car. I ordered at the window, pulled into a parking spot and then went back to the window to get my pizza. The 3 meat treat is really good.

I got there at 945 pm, and basically, they told me they had no pizza, and all they had was bread sticks and that they are closing. Witch is fine and understandable but your hours say 11 to 10 pm so if you are not going to have pizza at 945 pm need to say we are shutting down at 945 so we can close at 10pm and we do not have pizzas after 930 pm .

First things first,I was extremely hungry after traveling four hours on the road. I ordered a large cheese and bread sticks (simple right?) When I went to retrieve my order and the CSR repeated the order correctly so I didn’t think to check it ( I should have) When I arrived at my in-laws house my fiance asked if I was ready to eat and of course I said yes (starving at this point) Then he said” ooooh Bae” I knew something was wrong. I came rushing into the kitchen to a box of pizza filled with pepperoni and a bag of cheese sticks(I ordered Bread sticks) and I’m Vegetarian and I don’t eat Pepperoni at all! To make a long story short ,I went back to retrieve the right order and still came home with undone bread sticks that looked as if someone had mashed them with their hands. I don’t usually do reviews because I work in customer service/hospitality so I understand everyone and everywhere are understaffed but the people that are there should still take pride in what they do especially due to the fact that Everything is “High as all get out” Please do better Little Caesars if you want to continue to have good customers return…

Ordered deep dish pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza and it was soggy. It was slimy with sauce on the bottom of the pizza.
Went to get a refund because it was my second time it happened.
They said they don’t do refunds….
They only will give store credit.
Then I was waiting for something like a gift card or something she gave me a reprint of my receipt.
There was no management there.
The cashier said there won’t be any management till Tuesday.
