Bucket Heads serves up the kind of comfort food spread that hits every craving at once. I grabbed a chicken sandwich with housemade chips plus a plate of wings swimming in classic sauce, and everything landed exactly where it should. The sandwich was fresh, the chips actually tasted like someone made them on purpose instead of out of a bag, and the wings had that proper no nonsense tavern vibe. Service was even better than the food. Staff stayed on point the whole visit without hovering, and my food came out fast. The whole place is basically wrapped in TV screens, so if you’re trying to catch a game while you eat, you’re covered from every angle. Overall it’s a solid spot to sit down, eat well, and chill for a bit.

Stopped at Bucket Heads last night and the place was packed. But we were able to find a seat as soon as we walked in.
Our server Gabby was on it, within minutes she was already grabbing our drinks and setting up our order. Gabby was very attentive towards us and every other table she was serving.
The food was great 10/10 and definitely a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere and a fun little trivia game for anyone to enjoy.
But the service outweighed it all. That’s why I know I’ll be back. If you stop here ask for Gabby. She went above and beyond the service expected.
Every restaurant needs a Gabby. Also, the cheese curds simply amazing.

I feel like the food gets worse every time unfortunately. Boneless wings were over done and too lightly sauced. Cheese curds just ok. Loaded fries were the best food option we ate. Very loud, but that’s the type of place it is. Servers are always running thin. They work hard, but it’s tough for them to keep up. Best thing about this place is the TVs if you’re watching sports and they have excellent beer prices. I just wish the food was better. Maybe I’m ordering the wrong thing.

I haven’t been here in a while but I was surprised how busy they were on a cold Tuesday night. There was a musical bingo game going on that most tables were participating in and the people at the bar were friendly enough to make room for us. The menu has excellent daily specials and a happy hour that discounts a few menu items and drinks. All of our food was fresh, delicious, good portions and cooked right. We had pickle chips, potato skins, asian chilli wings and steak tacos. They had Madtree beers I have never seen before. Will definitely be going back to watch more basketball games this year!

Quick service as busy as it sometimes can get here especially during weekends or Bengals games. I brought relatives from out of town here for a fun place to unwind. My brother recommends their chicken wings. I also bring coworkers and neighbors here to gather for a laid back place to hang out. Bucket Heads is our go to place for a quick bite especially to cheer on our favorite sports teams.

We were very happy with the price, but then we realized and understood now why it’s cheap. Our fries are cold, I asked for a well-done hamburger and got it raw. The hamburger was very small on a big bun. The potato skins were . The waitress did not come back very much to check on us. Very disappointed though So unfortunately, we will not be back

You could taste the grill on the burger. My guess is that grill is disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The chips, tasted like fish for some reason. The burgers are advertised as never frozen, there is no way that burger was fresh and never frozen. I suspect my body will be paying dearly for eating there. I’m just glad I got a bidet years ago. I’m probably going to need it. The only thing louder than the up roarish crowd was the music. I get it’s a dive bar on a Saturday but if you tune that music down just a bit people won’t need to yell to each other.
I’d suggest skipping this joint, perhaps if you’re hungry in the area you could see what food is available in the dumpster at the nearby White Castle or Wendy’s.

Newish to town, we’ve been a couple times, and the servers we had before were great. Last night, not so much. After our server dropped our food off, (which was kinda cold but being 6 months pregnant, i was hungry and still ate, i didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for food) she never once came back to our table. Being a server myself, i can understand if its busy, but it was not. She was able to talk to the table behind us for 10 minutes at a time but not once come over to check on us, no refills, nothing. Eventually a host came over to grab our plates, as we were waiting for our check and a box. Never got it. We just put cash on the table and left, hope we have a better experience next time if we go back.

I can’t say anything about the service or atmosphere is I’m not the one that picked up the food. But I ordered a $14 chicken tender basket that came with four overcooked and very dry chicken tenders and a half pound of fries half of which look darker than the others all of which are very limp and cold. I will not go back to this place or let somebody bring me food from here. I wouldn’t feed this to my neighbor’s dog.
