Really neat place. This was our first visit and it was on a Friday afternoon. We were too early for the live music. But our drinks were refreshing by the open garage door style window. Unique decor throughout. We didn’t make it upstairs to check that out. Our pizzas were delicious.

This place is a hidden gem. The pizza was delicious, perfect crust and really perfectly balanced sauce. The burrata was tasty.

We were there before the live music, so can’t speak to the loudness or vibe.

Good drink options. Our server, Sydney, was great. I like the open kitchen

Potato & Wild Mushroom pizza was phenomenal. I asked for lighter bake, and was told not to since the potatoes were heavier and would just be soggy. Great advice!

H-Town Dalton eaten by my boyfriend was just “okay” and tasted like “canned tomato sauce” and was lacking seasoning/flavor, according to him. He really enjoyed the house salad & said the dressing was great!

Cute spot that had plenty of tables but also some soft seating areas for drinks & vibes. Upstairs is SO cute! & bar seating is amongst the best I’ve sat at in a long time, which is amazing from someone who prefers to sit at the bar when possible.

We came on their grand opening day, which was much slower than I anticipated (great for us, but hope it picks up for their sake!). Owner was very sweet!

Note to owners: I think this restaurant partnering with Offline Indianapolis (@offlineindianapolis on IG) could be a great way to get more brand visibility and awareness of this spot!

One of the best places I’ve been to for listening to live music. The audio levels were perfect for enjoying live music while being able to talk to others at the table. The food, drinks, and service were also excellent. Will return!

As an Italian, I’m very picky about pizza… and I can honestly say my favorite pizza is right here at Songbird Social House! ❤️
We had the honor of being the very first performers at their grand opening and now have the joy of performing here once a month, and every time feels like coming home. The atmosphere is full of warmth, great energy, and genuine community. Traci and Brian have built something truly special in such a short amount of time – something that goes far beyond just great food and music.
Traci puts her whole heart, love, knowledge, and effort into EVERYTHING she does. She makes sure everyone feels like they belong and that every special day becomes truly memorable.
We’re so proud of what they’ve created and so grateful to be part of the Songbird family.

Great new spot for social gatherings, good food and great service. Love the decor and the open kitchen concept. We only stopped in for some wine but excited to go again and try their food. What I saw looked delicious and the others guests were raving about their meals.

They also have live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

Songbird Social House is a fun restaurant with good drinks, great eats, and a lot of charm. The main floor of the restaurant is beautiful without feeling pretentious. The staff are attentive and friendly. We started off with the “Bird on a Wire,” a worthy and balanced espresso martini, and the “Surfin Bird,” which is delightfully floral. For dinner, we had the Potato and Wild Mushroom Pizza and the mortadella sandwich. The sandwich was great, from the incredibly soft bun to the just-right-amount of pesto to balance the creamy burata and thin sliced mortadella. But that pizza! Anyone who has cooked mushrooms or potatoes can tell you they have a lot of water. But they are perfectly roasted on the exquisitely baked crust. The mushrooms are soft and 0% rubbery, the potatoes are likewise great, fluffy and tasty. Genuinely impressive execution. We then moved up to the small “speak easy” upstairs. It’s little more than a very comfortable lounge, but we found that lovely too. We enjoyed a “Mr. Songbird” and a “When Doves Cry.” Both were excellently balanced and able digestifs after our meal. All in all, a wonderful spot for a date night.

TRACY SHEPARD
First let me start off saying how much I really wanted to like this place. It’s close to my house and was excited to bring my friend and enjoy the evening. Called, got a reservation as it was my friend’s birthday. Spoke with Tracie and she was very nice and assured me my friend would feel special on her birthday. Arrived to our reserved table, ordered two beers and Chex Mix that was incredibly stale. Waiter took it away and told an older man standing in the back about it being stale and honestly it had no crunch and was soft probably from the humidity and very hot temps we have had, it happens, no big deal. The older gentleman tried it shook his head like “oh well”. So Proceeded to order the short ribs which were ok at best. Not your typical short rib. Very little seasoning but edible. We each ordered an individual pizza. My friend ordered the Pepperoni and I had requested just a plain cheese pizza nothing else. This seemed to stump the waiter and he said he would order me the margarita but plain. I said ok whatever works to get a plain cheese pizza. Pizza arrives with a lot of basil shreds all over it and the crust is very burnt. Now, having worked in several restaurants that have a wood fire oven I know you have to watch it closely especially if it’s thin crust as it burns easily. Each bite all you tasted was burnt crust. (Picture). Neither of us ate much of the pizza. At this point I just want to leave. Asked the waiter for the check and handed him my credit card. He handed me a handheld TOAST device which showed $95 with the 30% tip pre selected. This seemed high so I asked him for an itemized list since all I saw was a total that showed a $21 tip on a sub total of $68. I said well I didn’t select the tip and he replied that it was selected when I ran your cc. Now being very familiar with this POS system, you print the itemized receipt and then run the card and have the customer select the tip. You don’t select the tip for them and then run their cc before they can change it. At no point during the burnt pizza fiasco when it was obvious we weren’t eating it did he say “let me get you a manager” or “ how can I make this right” he definitely was not interested in retaining me as a customer.
Definitely did not deserve the 30% tip he ran through on my cc. Needless to say I could not get out of there fast enough. Felt so bad that I chose this establishment for my friend’s birthday. Very disappointed. Won’t recommend or be back.

Letter of Appreciation

Dear Traci,

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the
outstanding effort and attention to detail you brought to our recent celebration. You were able to turn my thoughts and vision into a perfectly executed setting.

A gathering of about thirty close friends and family in the High Note Lounge proved to be the ideal venue—comfortable, intimate, and
beautifully arranged. Your decision to schedule G’s favorite band made the evening even more special, and the personal photo-op location you designed was both clever and a huge hit. All of your additional elegant décor touches made the night truly classy.

Thank you again, Traci, for your professionalism, creativity, and care in
making the event a complete success.

Warm regards,

Reid M.
