Really clean location in a fairly new shopping center. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. Food was fresh and sub was made quickly

Only 3 people in the store. The young lady was nice. Greeted me when I came in. The 2 young men did not look enthused at all! Maybe because I was watching my sandwich being made it looked good. But on the counter was 3 of the most unattractive sandwiches I’ve ever seen. Bought a jar of hot relish, was given a bag for me to bag myself! I love this location but there was no feel good feeling on today’s visit. Imma need them to do better

I brought a reg on white and a reg on rosemary bread for my mom . The sandwich’s were written wrong and by the time I realized the sandwiches were mixed up it was too late. Really disappointed because I thought he paid attention to what he was doing so mad at this mix up. I also paid for grilled onions and peppers for both sandwiches a didn’t get stopped or told hold on when I got home and checked both were missing what I asked for . So disappointed in my time and customer service given to me.

All Jersey Mike’s donated 100% for sales for the day to charity. Close to $30 million in one day for local charities is pretty awesome especially when you get the best sandwiches in return.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Brandywine, Maryland. After a long day at work, I stopped by to grab a sandwich for dinner, but unfortunately, the service was far from welcoming.

Upon arriving, I encountered a lack of courtesy and a negative attitude from the staff. I requested a hot sandwich, but the employees were busy cleaning the kitchen, and it seemed to frustrate them. When I placed my order, one employee’s expression turned sour, and she rudely instructed me to speak from a distance so she could hear me better. Unfortunately, I recently had surgery and wasn’t able to speak loudly, which only seemed to aggravate her further.

Another staff member joined in, displaying a similar level of hostility. Their demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, so I ultimately decided to cancel my order and leave. It was disheartening to walk away without my meal, especially because of their rude behavior.

I believe management needs to address these issues and ensure that employees show basic courtesy and respect to customers. I’m hopeful that this feedback will lead to improvements in customer service at this location.

I went to order and the worker looked directly at me and took the order of the next two people in line. The next customer was a woman with a baby, so I didnt mind, but then they took the order of the next guy who just walked in too. Didn’t appologise or explain why. I want to believe the worker had good reason ‍♂️

On Tuesday, May 27th around 4/4:30pm, I go to the new Brandywine, MD location. I walk in, the notification goes off and 2 workers proceed to walk to the back–hearing others laugh and talk. I stand there for a good 30 seconds and Ken (short female with a cute bob–maybe a wig/weave and ferocious fake eyelashes) walks SLOWLY out, putting on gloves—gives me ZERO eye contact…then Dion (tall male with locs) is right behind her starting to wrap his apron. Ken then looks up and says ‘you ready’ with this sour look on her face. I WAS IN SHOCK! There was no ‘hey, how’s it going’…no, ‘hi, can I take your order’…nothing but a negative attitude reflecting she did not want to be there, nor did she want to be bothered. I said I am waiting on you to greet me properly and take my order. She proceeded to roll her eyes, make a face and then Dion laughs a little and says I’ll take care of her. Ken then walks slowly goes in the back. I asked Dion what was the store# and asked for a card. He said he didn’t know and just gave me JM’s card without any information. I asked for the female’s name. He paused, chuckled and said Ken. I asked his name and he said Dion. It is a shame that these are the employees you have working at this nice location. I walked out and purchased NOTHING. Why should I give money to an organization with horrible customer service?! Is this how you want JM’s to be portrayed? Bad for organization’s reputation.
