I ordered my wife and I the Mexican pizza and also the crispy chicken tacos (mine was was the Frank’s Hot sauce version), and a few more items for me since I always eat alot more than she does. But the big hit for both of us was some kind of strawberry freeze drink that might have been a new or recent item, as I don’t recall noticing it in the menu before. It had some white (cream?) swirls in it, but it was GOOD! So if it’s still available then I’d recommend upgrading your drink to that!

Last time I came here I waited in drive through for 25 mins I was the only 1 in the front of the line. I live 20 minutes away and didnt think to check the bag because they’ve never completely messed up the whole order before. I paid $33 and got home to a bag probably worth $15. Tonight they messed the order up again. Used to never be a problem but lately it is. Very friendly staff and accommodating but the problem needs to be addressed.

Always give us the wrong order ,I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders 2 coleslaw big box, then 3 piece chicken wings 1 coleslaw extra honey, what I got was 5 pieces of chicken tenders 1 coleslaw and 1 package of honey small box ,next was 1 chicken wing two chicken breast 1 coleslaw and 1 package of honey , I ask the guy at the window did they put the extra honey in he said yes. My husband said before I left it like playing Russian roulette never know if your going to get what you ordered, every time it never right.

B J. Was not very good at all with service through the drive through this morning. When I asked him what drinks I had to choose from he stated Pepsi products. I couldn’t see the menu to locate them in a timely manner. Very rude. He should’ve looked at the soda machine and named off the Pepsi products that were on the machine to choose from. Also, when he handed the drinks to us in the car, he has had tilted almost like he was going to drop them on us. That’s not very professional. He didn’t have his name on so we had to ask what it was for the review. We love the Taco Bell in Rio Vista. The food is great there their service is normally great there but not this morning. He needs some more training. B.J. needs to learn how to be professional and when someone asked him what they have for drinks, he should be able to read them off. He has the capability of walking over to the machine and seeing what they are to read them off unless he doesn’t know himself, which clearly may have been the case. But working for the company, he should be aware of it. And when you hand people’s drinks out the window, you hand them straight up, not tilted over. B.J. wasn’t very pleasant. His attitude was like he woke up in the wrong side of the bed this morning to be serving the community. I’ll definitely be back to this Taco Bell, but I hope the next time it’s a better service.

I ordered a three piece Fried Chicken combo meal two piece out of the three was dry and old one piece I was able to eat the biscuit with soft and good mac and cheese good and soft drink good will not go back again don’t want to take a chance rather go up the street and get me a burrito or taco

IDK about atmosphere BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH a drive-thru but I was there when they still had the Nashville hot they shouldn’t have gotten rid of that item put the staff were nice and professional

I went through the drive thru 6/7/23 around 7:45 p.m. When I unwrapped my Tacos at home, I was happily surprised to see I received real, well prepared Tacos like they made in the good ol’ days. They were full with generous servings of filling, fresh crisp lettuce and tomatoes. I was pleasantly surprised and thank the Taco Bell employees who take pride in what they serve.

I just want to acknowledge BJ. He went well above and beyond today. He fixed a hiccup with my order with ease and did a good deed at the same time. This is a Beautiful example of compassion and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sure hope some one recognizes his efforts. I know he impacted my heart and I will forever be greatful. Thank you BJ

This Taco Bell sucks. We order things in their app, go to pick it up and they’re sold out. But you can’t get a refund because it was ordered in the app. Freaking ridiculous. Last time we went I ended up with a 5 layer burrito with no beans. Decided to give it one more try and now I have a cantina bowl with no rice. And again no freaking refunds for items I’m not given. Never again, I’m done.
