This is one of our go to lunch spots when we are in town. The birria and fish taco are my personal favorite but honestly they are all good. They have a bunch of local beers we like to grab while we are there too. The owner is really nice too. Can’t wait to go back.

Two of us went for lunch on a Friday; first time. Not crowded at all. The bartender/waitstaff walked us through the menu and we got two lunch specials. The battered fish tacos were just okay. The birria’s were super yummy. We really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed the tacos here, but honestly they’re very small. I ordered three which cost over $15, but I realistically could’ve eaten six. The margarita I had was fantastic, but that was another $15. So $30 for the meal and a drink, that didn’t really fill me up, realistically to spend $45 for a filling meal and a cocktail. That’s a bit too much for some street tacos. The location is key, so you likely pay a little bit more for that. The ordering process takes quite a while. I don’t know if people are just not prepared when they get to the front, but maybe some signage while in the long line, so that those are prepared when they get to the front. Beyond that the drinks came out super fast and the tacos there after. The staff is very friendly, the vibe is kind of different, it’s like a hippie, grunge, college style. It’s obviously working for them, but there are definitely some things to improve upon.

Just went to Taco Tuesday last night! WOW! Super good, delicious, and great music/atmosphere!! Gotta mention, they had been inconsistent with the food and service for a bit there, but they have really turned it around, and it’s back like when it opened! Kudos on elevating the flavors and menu options, my favorite? The elote and chips!! If ya haven’t been in a while, give them another try, you won’t regret it!!

Honestly, I’m really glad that I read the reviews before we went there. People were correct that the bartender whose name is EM is not personal or friendly at all. How can you be a Mexican restaurant and not have bottle Mexican beer and they don’t even have good Mexican canned beer, what a shame. The menu were dirty. They could’ve been wiped down, not impressed with the tacos. They were not worth five dollars each and they had the most bland pinto beans that I’ve ever eaten.

I enjoyed the 10 tacos I had for $1 a piece. Not only for the price but I thought the chicken and ground beef was very good. So good that I would come back again. I recommend only going on Taco Tuesdays. The price for 3 tacos is close to $15 on the regular days. The folks that work there are kind and attentive.
