Excellent service! Staff is welcoming and friendly. I live down the street and frequent this Starbucks regularly. We have become familiar with many of the staff members and they with us. Most of the staff know our order and always greet us with a smile and a friendly hello. The drinks are consistently delicious. Like I said, we are regulars and will sometimes sit and drink our coffee there. We have observed the staff over time and see that they are equally as friendly with EVERYONE who enters the doors. The ambience is nice and comfortable. This is our favorite Starbucks.

So disappointed in this Starbucks. When it opened it was amazing and the store leader was awesome. She recently left and you can tell. The drinks are inconsistent, mobile orders haven’t even been started when you arrive, and overall training of current employees appears non existent. I have been coming here daily since the store opened. The last month has been such a disappointment and I end up throwing my drink away half of the time due to the baristas making it so inconsistently. Not worth the price of the drink if the baristas can’t be trained properly to make basic drinks. Back to 7 brew I go. I had high hopes for this store.

3-stars because I’ve been at this store 4 times now and they’ve got my order correct 2 of those times. My orders are not complicated and in addition to a 50% success rate, I’ve already had someone argue with me about one of my orders. I ordered a nitro cold brew, he gave me a cold brew, when I asked for it to be remade he tried to again convince me that the cold brew he was giving me was a nitro…I gave up and walked out. I’m sure as they get some time operating maybe the service will improve, but for now it’s a 3-star experience.

I usually love coming to Starbucks José and Morning are lovely!! Lately the environment seems off I have seen the barista Bree be really rude to other employees multiple times. It makes me really sad to see and I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully someone corrects what needs to be corrected!

What a perfect place to stop on the way south. Candice is a gem of a person. Funny, personable and provides excellent customer service. The rest of the team was really sweet and helpful. Place is peaceful, offering perfect quiet respite on a long road trip.

My favorite Starbucks.
A little help was needed when it first opened but they trained pretty fast. They are super busy and popular so try to get there early for your favorite things. Their lounge is my favorite because of all the cool lights, seating and the music is not loud. I’ve been to many locations from Aiken to FtGordon and would still prefer the Graniteville one.
They gave me a lot of whip cream a few weeks ago and insisted no charge. I dont like going to the store 15-20 min awat for one item therefore they were a toddler mom lifesaver that morning.
