Ordered delivery on a Saturday night so I expected some delay but not 2 hours after the initial delivery time. I have cancer and 3 kids so delivery is much more convenient usually otherwise I would just order pick up. I ended up driving to the location to pick it up and it was sitting on the shelf, cold. The cheesy bread was completely raw dough. The only “discount” I got was taking off the $5 delivery fee.

If you like your pizza arriving cold order from here. This is not the first time. I ordered my pizza around 5:50 the app informed me that it was out of the oven at 6:01 my pizza and chicken arrived at 6:54 cold. When I called the store I told them I would like to speak to a manager and I was informed they were going to put me on hold and they would get to me when they slow down. I will be contacting the store again tomorrow. I hung up after 15min of being on hold. This has happened more often than I can count. We have ordered from here and waited over 3 hours for pizza before.

I’ve had some not so great experiences here in the past but the new management has been killing it! Food is great staff is great. Worst service ALIVE. treated like total shit on the phone when I wad trying to inquire about my order that wasn’t delivered an hr and half later. He actually hung up on me bc I was the rude one. He needs to learn customer service bc people have the right to inquire about purchased services. Listen to your recordings if u have to I will give u exact times. Absolutely rude and will never purchase from any dominos ever again.

Placed order for carside delivery got there and app said .y order was ready. I had to stop an employee to ask about my order because they never brought it out. He said it got smashed in the oven and they are remaking it. About 15 to 17 minutes later it finally came out. No apology or anything. They could have come out and let me know since you check.in with the app to say your there. In stead no one said anything.

Walked into the store and there’s nobody in there. A girl that works there ran in behind me and said hold on a minute my manager is sleeping in his car he has to take the order.
The manager comes in a few minutes later stumbling around drunk, takes my order I come back 20 minutes later and the guy couldn’t remember anything of what happened along with the cash that he took from me for my order… I’ve never had a more bizarre Restaurant experience in my life.
You literally can’t call corporate, and there’s no way I’ll get a refund of my $32…

Absolutely perfect!! food came before the time given and piping hot!! Literally fresh out the oven! I worked late when I ordered and both me and my boyfriend work a lot on the weekends and neither one of us had time today to go get food or anything else so I ordered two large pizzas and some wings and everything is delicious fresh and extremely HOT! I am very happy and I was super happy with the driver and the nice lady over the phone who helped me navigate the phone order since I don’t eat out hardly ever, both were extremely helpful and attentive! Thank you both you both made my night!!!! I’m definitely ordering here again!

This incident happened during the “Large 2 topping for $6.99” sale on 6/6/2025. I ordered three pizza’s.
They would not provide a number to the franchisee owner, only to corporate. A press on nail was found in our pizza. They press the dough to order. No one in the store claimed fault. No apology. They wanted to remake the order. I demanded a refund. Definitely a health code violation.

Ever since the new management has taken over, the food is made with love and you can tell the manager really does care. Best Domino’s Pizza in St. Louis and surrounding areas. If you’ve had a bad experience in the past here, definitely worth giving it another try. You can definitely see the difference and taste the difference with the new manager here…

We have ordered here weekly for as long as they have been there. Never again, they just lost a customer. Tracker said delivered so I called just to make sure it was still be being delivered, was told it was on its way, ok no problem. Hour and a half later a child brings the order up our drive way while the delivery person stayed in the car…ok but then we open it and it’s burnt. Not everything but they said if we wanted a refund we had to come up there and return the whole order. We only wanted a refund on the inedible items, they said no, you can get a credit for next time. We just wanted a refund on the burnt bread. That’s it. I even gave a 30 percent tip and that’s the treatment we got. Won’t be a next time.
