Rae was so incredibly helpful and kind. Welcomed me immediately when I came in and was so very sweet. I will definitely come back here next Sunday after church. Such a welcoming Einstein’s. Astrea made my bagel and was so great also. This team works so well together and it makes it well worth stopping in. Bagels were great!!

I am a regular costumer at this location and the bagels are consistently on point and delicious. I normally do take out at restaurants, but this Einstein Bros Bagels location has a peaceful, comforting atmosphere and I enjoy dining in when I can. The service is always exceptional and the staff are very friendly. The redhead with facial piercings is super sweet and even memorized my order. Overall, I have had an amazing experience at this location and I am looking forward to coming back again soon!

Placed a deferred order the night before to be picked up early the next morning. When we came in to pick it up they couldn’t find it and the manager had say we placed the order wrong and they threw out the ticket with our order. When remaking it heard the manager say “why didn’t they just get bagels at the grocery store”. Very rude and disrespectful especially from the management!! Rest of the staff was very nice and helpful but the manager was just awful and needs to be fired!! Maybe if you don’t want to sell bagels, don’t work at a bagel store??? Order was placed 1/17/2026 to be picked up at 7:30am on 1/18/2026 for a bakers dozen bagels. Not sure who the manager was but I would reevaluate them as a manger of your store…

I love this Einstein store. This place is always clean, the staff are very friendly and nice. Today, I got a dozen bagels and Nora Lox. Those bagels are neatly baked looks great and yummy. The Nova lox was also neatly made and everything was fresh. Highly recommended!

This location is by far the best! The staff is always so helpful. Today, they went above and beyond. I actually pass up two other Einstein locations to come here. Love that they have seating again, too!

I will intentionally skip other Einstein Bros closer to my home to come to this one since their food and the level of care they put into it is actually palpable. The staff are very friendly, know my order, and have made it right every single time since coming here roughly for the past two years.
