This has got to be the best Arby’s in all of Ohio. I’d like to bet on it being one of the most clean restaurants in all of the state too. Finally ran by a delightful young woman and her staff is friendly. They always are happy and I’ve been in there multiple times eating and notice how they talk to every customer like they’ve known them for years. It’s truly refreshing. It’s like a mom and pop shop. If anyone has a problem with this location, I’d have to say to those people they must not be happy people to begin with or just looking for free food. Great restaurant and definitely a store the others should come to to model themselves after.

Stay away. They have gone completely downhill in both quality and customer service. The drive-through order was incorrect and of poor quality. I was told I would receive a refund, but when I arrived back much later, since I was on a limited lunch time, they said they would only remake the order, telling me, “In the food industry, that is the way it is.” The food was bad, and the management is incompetent. The franchise owner should be ashamed.

My husband got the wildgoose steak house burger. It was really pink on inside and mushy like raw hamburger. Was told that’s how they are made. Sorry raw meat in not good.

The worst experience. Awful manager. Bad food. Don’t eat at this location.
I was handed a Jamocha shake that was melted and runny with no flavor. It was melted vanilla ice cream. My brisket sandwich had meat that was so dry it looked days old. Even the bun was stale. When I tried to send the shake back I was told they couldn’t do that. The kid got his manager, who was so rude. No apology, she just said “I don’t know what to tell you, it comes out of the machine that way. I can’t help you, you’ll have to contact corporate.” Then walked away from the window. It wasn’t until later that I realized it wasn’t just the shake but all our food. Except the curly fries and sweet tea were actually good. I’ll stick with our good Arby’s on Beechmont.

I had a craving for a fish sandwich and it was lunch time so a drive thru was in order. The place was busy around 1 pm but the line moved quickly. Ordering and payment was easy coupled with friendly service made for a good experience. My sandwich was prepared properly and tasted great! Thanks.
