Never in my life have I experienced customer service this bad. I ordered a Stromboli and the entire bottom was burned and with residue on it. When I called to let them know, they hung up on me. I called again and was told “that’s the way it is” and that they were not going to change it or fix it. I went in person to get my money back and said I would never come back, and the response I got was “that’s good.” Completely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Zero accountability, no manners, and a total waste of money, time, and energy. Avoid this place if you expect basic customer service.

You can see that everything is prepared with care and that the flavor and recipes are original, passed down through generations.
Omg, the sub bread was so fresh and good and the mayo with the turkey was spot on for a late dinner.
The wings were seasoned just right and the barbecue sauce brought the flavor through tastefully.
Next time I’m in town during the day, I’ll try the pizza, good to know that it’s sold by the slice during lunch hours, one was being cut when I got there to pick up my food and it looked delish

Food is delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients used. Nothing beats the local pizza shops with good real authentic tasting sausage. They did not skip on the cheese for the cheesey bread! The ranch they have is that GOOD GOOD ranch if you know what I mean. My only complaint is that it was fairly cold and pizza could have used a little longer in the oven. We arrived within the time frame given for pick up and we only live a few blocks away, so I was surprised it wasn’t very hot.
