Karen is a great server. She kept us informed and fed/watered throughout our date night. One of the most attentive servers here. We enjoy the ambience and the food/drink recommendations were top tier. The hot honey pizza and spiked strawberry lemonade were amazing.

Beyond the perfect swing, the food is surprisingly excellent. A true standout is the Chicken Tacos—they are well-seasoned, fresh, and an absolutely delicious, satisfying meal. They are perfect for sharing between rounds!
Verdict: Fantastic experience, friendly staff, and the chicken tacos are a must-order. Highly recommend!

Top Golf is always a great place to go if you want to have a good time! You absolutely do not have to have any golf experience to enjoy this place. They have games based on skills like accuracy, distance, and some just off sheer luck. Definitely recommend playing the Sonic themed games and Angry Birds!
As for the food and drinks, everything here was great! A little pricey on the drinks, but thats pretty much all of Nashville.
The staff here was the only real upsetting part. The girl working the front desk was kind of rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The bartender we went to while we waited for our lane to open was very short with us and gave us more of a “yeah, what do you want” kind of vibe. We were also the only ones there at the bar at the time and all we ordered were 2 beers so it wasn’t like we made complicated orders. He was more interested in his phone I guess.
Our server saved it for us. She was super friendly and laughed and joked with us the entire time. It definitely felt more welcome once we actually got there and started playing.
Definitely recommend this place but just be aware the front staff might be a little off putting!

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Great, fun atmosphere. So glad I was invited with a friend. Our server, Antonio, is an absolute gem! He was so kind, friendly and made sure we had the absolute best experience. I will definitely request him for any future trips. He is such an asset to this company!

Alright, gonna keep this middle of the road because overall it was fun and issues were solved, BUT! Got there and got in on time. Waitress immediately came over and took drink orders, ran through how to play, etc etc. We got started and she came back with drinks and 1/2 our group put in an order for the large $40 party tray. Other 1/2 was busy playing/watch and didn’t realize. When waitress next came back 15-20 mins later they put in a second order for wings and a kids meal. Tray came out 10-15 mins later and was great.
Took 45 mins for the other 2 meals to come out (saw the waitress and manager once during that 45 mins) and manager brought the food out. Problem was the food was luke warm like it had been sitting out just waiting for someone to bring it. Took about another 20-30 mins before anyone came back to check on us so we could send the food back, but they rush ordered and it came out hot. Manager gave us extra 30 mins of play. One other issue though was we had to ask the manager for drink refills as the waitress hadn’t brought any in the 1.25 hours we had been there (water and soft drinks).
Not sure if they were short on staff or what the issue was, but the service was kind of lack luster for what we paid for food and bay rental.
Also add, the mens restroom on the main floor was kind of nasty, though it was busy so can’t say I blame them there. 2nd floor outside mens was completely missing the paper towel dispenser which really sucked as it was in the 30’s at the time we went, so wet hands in the cold.

This Topgolf was a HUGE disappointment. My husband and I travel a lot and we make it a point to visit a Topgolf if there’s one nearby. So, we’ve been to quite a few. This one was easily the worst. While waiting for our bay we decided to grab a bite and have a drink. We sat at a table in the bar area. After sitting there a good 15 minutes with NOBODY coming to or table or even acknowledging we were there. So, we moved to the bar. The bartender took like 10-12 minutes to even acknowledge us. Mind you, they are NOT overly busy there at this time. There may have been 5 other people at the bar, if that. We finally order drinks and they were absolutely TERRIBLE. The girl bartender should REALLY work on her drink making, bc what we ordered was awful. We did get to our bay eventually and actually had a decent server. Shout out to Sebastián, you were awesome He was the ONLY employee we interacted with that was decent, polite, attentive, and was actually doing his job… Some those other employees should take some tips from him on how to treat your customers…It wasn’t a complete let down here bc i will say, the buffalo chicken dip is amazing I recommend trying that. Most the employees should really work on their people skills though.

1st time to any Top Golf. It was a lot of fun. We started out in the bar. Our food hadn’t come out when our bay opened up to us. The server in the bar and one of the Managers were very sweet and offered to make the change to have the food taken delivered to us at our bay. That was convenient! The food came out, nice and hot, no issues, they got everything right. The waitress on the bay level was great! She brought beers our quick and even brought out some donut holes for the group with a “congrats” written on the plate for my daughter and her fiance who are set to marry this month. Great time there and would recommend to family and friends for sure. The price was not bad at all.

Great atmosphere, very clean, 3 floors, and friendly staff. Chicken nachos were stuffed and plentiful, and my favorite cookie crumble sundae was amazingly tasty. Especially the soft milk-soaked cookie crumbs at the bottom. Highly recommend!
