First time here and it was just ok. I’ve had better rotisserie chicken but what makes this place somewhere I would come again was the service and the atmosphere! Enjoyed the fact that me and my husband was able to have dinner for $20 total!

I ordered the chicken with the spinach which was surprisingly seasoned and the mashed sweet potatoes which was just right. The chicken lacked seasoning but was tender. My husband also had the chicken with collard greens which was just ok just needed more flavor and the sauté veggies were good. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely come back!

Brisket sandwich was meh. The bun should be warmed or toasted a little bit. The mashed sweet potatoes has cinnamon and it’s way too sweet. It should be on the dessert menu. I might give the chicken a try next time.

I’m writing to say what a GEM of an owner Mitch is! I needed an order delivered for a business luncheon and found out the day of that Door Dash doesn’t deliver to the location. Mitch generously offered to do it even though it wasn’t a full catering order! Talk about relief and being grateful. THANK YOU! I sincerely appreciate your willingness to take care of your customers!

My husband and I tried this place out for date night last night. Not sure what we were expecting but the location was pretty convenient to downtown rock hill.

Food- the food was just okay for us. There was really nothing wrong with it; it just wasn’t exciting. I saw the sign that indicates it’s southern-costa rican fusion but I didn’t see anything that made me think that was the case. Mainly southern but with rotisserie chicken. The chicken was tender. I got the fries and okra which were good too. My husband got the chicken bowl which we both thought was just okay. We also got the chicharrones and guac to start. These were good when they were tender. Some of the pieces were so hard you couldn’t chew them.

Service- our server was very nice and prompt. I never got offered a refill is my only complaint.

Atmosphere – nice location and close to a lot of things. The bar was definitely having fun!

I was excited to try this place as my coworker had said she loved the chicken from there. It was a Saturday night and there was ONE PERSON working which should probably tell you about the kind of place it is and half of the people there were seemingly only there to watch football at the bar. We ordered the chicken and rice con queso and the brisket bowl. The chicken and rice con queso was so bad we barely touched it, it was bland and honestly the chicken at Walmart has more flavor… and when we told the server she said she would talk to the manager and after taking the food away she got us 3 dollars off our 35 dollar meal. She said “it was the best she could do”. Great server but to say we will never come here again or recommend anyone try it. It makes sense that all the good reviews are from a year ago or more. Beware…

Was in the area and decided to try this establishment out. I had the Ultimate Nachos which was delicious. The squash casserole was my favorite vegetable, whatever seasonings they used for that dish made it Amazing! The service from the lady behind the bar was top tier!!

Wings and Pot Pie were good. Cheese dip was okay. Get the chili iwas really good.
I think next time I will get the rotisserie half chicken. I like the skin and the white meat. Everything was good. I think I just needed some more seasoning on the pope pie.

Wings are great. The rest of the food is very lacking. That being said, the staff is absolutely why I come here religiously! Keely and Kat are the loveliest humans around. Sam is the cherry on top. These ladies are the heartbeat of this establishment!

It’s hard to find some good rotisserie chicken however this joint hit the spot! Renovated the old Esso station, retained some of the charm and converted this into a pretty cool little spot. Upon entry, the directions were a little unclear with regards to which way to go however you can figure out dine in fairly quickly. The menu is pretty comprehensive and the food was really good. Rotisserie chicken was tender and juicy, broccoli was fresh, the cornbread was tasty. My only hang up was the Mac and Cheese which was just average. The only other drawback was the service: staff appear to either be stretched or under managed. A lot of side gossip, drinks unrefreshed, and quite a few folks just waiting around. However I’m confident a good general manager can help to turn the service around.
