I watched for weeks while this Starbucks was being established in Odenton. I finally got the opportunity to go inside and check it out. I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee and ordered a Summer Drink with flavored pearls. I sat in the lounge area and enjoyed my beverage. There were comfortable chairs and tables and music playing. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and sat comfortably. I definitely enjoyed this new Starbucks and will return soon.

I love this Starbucks. This is by far my fave one to stop at and there’s four different Starbies on my commute. The staff is kind, patient, and attentive. If I’m having a crummy morning, I know I can pop in for an iced matcha and just the vibes and attitude of the staff snaps me back into shape. Plus the drinks are SO consistent. At other locations you can order the same thing three days in a row and it’s totally different each time, but not here. Their consistency and kindness makes a difference in my day, and makes Odenton a little bit of a kinder place to live. Will forever be coming here!

I used to love coming here — my drinks were always made just right, and I actually looked forward to stopping by. But lately, it just hasn’t been the same. My order never comes out like it used to. When I ask to have my cup lined with caramel, it should be a simple request, but it’s often forgotten. And my iced latte tastes watered down, even though I always order three shots. It just doesn’t hit the same anymore.
I’m not trying to be a difficult customer; I just want to receive what I pay for. I know how amazing this drink can taste because I’ve had it made perfectly before — even at other locations and I never have this problem.
Customers notice the difference in their drinks so you make it how it’s supposed to be. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a little care and attention. Please, just make it with patience and love like you used to. That’s all I’m asking for

I’ve been here twice since it opened. Both times I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew that comes with a splash of sweet cream; and both times it was mostly milk. They were sweeter than Dunkin making them both undrinkable. They might need some more experience making drinks before I try again

As I live in the area I wanted to make this my new Starbucks so I didn’t have to drive to Laurel every morning for my drink but after a few times here I’d rather do the drive. Every other day they’re out of my sandwich. If they have my sandwich then usually the drinks made incorrectly. The entire drink is warm with little to no ice on a hot day. Just paid for my order and was then told they didn’t have my desert choice. Please train your employees and order enough product.

Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream, vanilla syrup, caramel syrup, and brown sugar syrup. Somehow it still tasted extremely bland and like there was no cream at all. This is the first Starbucks to mess up my usual order.

Gave them a second chance, they did waaaay better today. My lid was on tight, my drink was 95 percent right. They are improving. I was treated to Starbucks today. At first I said no because of my experience before, but I’m glad I gave them another chance.

Service was quick & friendly. The seating area was tidy and welcoming. However, my latte was a bit weak, and the a/c did not seem to be working. It’s not very warm outside, but there was a lot of sunlight coming through all the windows, so the seating area was warm.
