We love coming here! You can pay the same price at any restaurant for one plate of food, or you can come to Golden Corral and eat a huge variety of great cooking instead. They offer senior and childrens’ prices too. The buffet lines are separated into salad, an extended entree line, and dessert.
Our trip on Sunday was for breakfast, this family’s favorite meal.
It was early and the church crowd hadn’t arrived yet. You can expect to wait for a table later in the day. It was nice that there were so many lunch items available as well as the standard breakfast fare. While I watched, a cook was starting 15 large steaks on the grill!
I had a well-seasoned egg and sausage casserole, yummy cinnamon roll, and crispy bacon (and a lot more). Fresh cut fruit, yogurt, and milk is available on the bar. You can fill a cup with your favorite omelette ingredients and someone will cook them up for you as you wait. Try the thick-cut French toast and the sausage gravy too! I did see a salad that was drying out and needed changing, but they’re usually on top of that.
Service staff is efficient and on occasion you can find a few friendly ones who interact with you while refilling your cup. Management paid attention to me when I offered feedback on an issue in the restroom.
We always look for familiar faces and your apt to find regular locals happily chatting over the coffee and empty plates every day.

It is a busy buffet restaurant. Many seniors come and enjoy the lunch here. They have mainly American and Mexican foods.

Some foods were not thoroughly cooked, which I’m not a fan of. But I love the variety of foods. About 14 bucks for lunch, I’ll say its definitely worth the money.
The best part was my waitress lady. Very attentive and courteous.

It was the worst restaurant I have ever been to! The food was gooey and look like garbage. None tasted good to me at all! I felt like a pig eating those food just to fill my stomach. Would never recommend to anyone.
P.S.You have to order drink and pay your meal upfront when you enter the restaurant.

When you have a party of 15 going into a restaurant you are always a little worried but when we walked in we were greeted by a young man name dalton who made sure he got the table ready for all 15 of us to sit. And he was our server and did a wonderful job! He joked and laughed with all of us. We did have a birthday and he even went and made this plate with a piece of cake and decorated the plate up! Wonderful service and we had a wonderful time!

My first Golden Corral experience. It was better than I anticipated. Prices were very reasonable, with dinner buffet costing $15.99 for an adult. The food options were plenty and the staff worked hard to keep everything refilled quickly. The table server was so pleasant and attentive, and kept our table cleared and drinks refilled continuously. The buffet was clean, for the most part, considering how many people were at the counter at any given time. The food itself was good – salty, as expected, but the BBQ pulled pork and mashed potatoes were both my favorites. There were also so many dessert options, which was surprising. I’m not a lover of buffets by any means, but this was above expectations.

Luis is one of the most nicest & humble servers I’ve ever had at Golden Corral. They deserve a raise, in my own personal opinion. If I could have a server to get each time I come back my automatic response would be Luis.

This is one of the best Golden Corrals I have been to in a long time. They kept the food hot and fresh. If a item was close to empty they were there to put some fresh food in its place. The steak was better than other Corrals i have been to. I was pleased with this Golden Corral.

I happen to love Golden Corral and plan trip stops to be able to visit their locations. The Winchester, VA location is one of the best GC locations I have visited. The food was tasty and good quality with a nice variety and selection. The restaurant and bathrooms were very well kept and clean, and all of the staff, servers, cooks, and Management, were all very friendly, polite, and helpful! I will certainly be visiting this location again in the future.

I’m giving this Golden Corral a way better review then the one in Lumberton. Food was cooked properly. And above average. They had very courteous staff . And as clean as you can keep it during senior lunch hr . I’m really pleased again after last night disappointing meal in lumberton. I would recommend this place . Parking was easy also
