Esmeralda, who I understand may be a shift lead or hold a supervisory role, needs to improve her customer service skills. After receiving an incorrect order at the drive-thru, I went inside to address the issue. I calmly explained the situation, clearly identified the missing and incorrect items, and requested that they be replaced.
My receipt was taken from me with an expression that suggested I was at fault, and I was issued a “remake receipt.” Fortunately, I had the foresight to take a clear photo of the order number on one of the food bags still in my vehicle, in case it was needed for verification or tracking purposes.
I entered the restaurant calm, respectful, and courteous, yet left feeling as though I had done something wrong over a very simple issue. To reiterate, I placed my order, paid in full, and the order was prepared incorrectly due to human error— something that is understandable, but entirely outside of my control.
Situations like this should be handled with professionalism and courtesy, such as a simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an offer to replace the missing items. Even a small gesture—such as a complimentary cookie, milkshake, or extra fries would have gone a long way, though no complimentary item was necessary. What mattered most was the manner in which the situation was handled.
While I do not fully agree with the saying that “the customer is always right,” this situation warranted consideration, especially since the incorrect item was physically brought in and handed to the associate for disposal. That alone should have provided sufficient confirmation of the issue and merited the benefit of the doubt.
As I am no longer local and do not live in the area, I do not anticipate returning. Frankly, I do not see myself returning at all. Based on this experience, I would rate this location 0 out of 5 stars.

i must’ve visited on an off day or i was just lucky because i pulled in to the parking lot and noticed the drive thru line was empty. i made my way over and there were only 2 cars waiting to get their food. my order was taken by a very nice girl but i didn’t catch her name but she told me it had been a slow day as well. the drive thru did start to get filled up as soon as i drove out but all the food we ordered was delicious, hot and ready very quickly.

This place just gave me the biggest scare of my life. I always get the Grilled Nuggets for my 2 year old little girl because she loves them. I got her the 8 count Grilled Nuggets and I put her on her little table with her Nuggets and I heard her making a little sucking noise at first and then the little choke sound and she gagged a little, I immediately went to check on her and she had this plastic piece in her mouth. I was shocked! I can’t believe these people that work there did this to me. Please check your kids food when visiting this location.

Have always loved coming to eat at these restaurants (despite the negative view they have for equality). Always fresh, delicious food and a good atmosphere. I recommend going inside to order rather than driving through. From my point of view, you get your food faster. Look for ABEL, he took great care of me from beginning to end.

Wow, one of my favourite American fast food joints. I don’t agree with their agenda, but damnnnn, their chicken burgers and fries are amazing! Service was beyond what I expect for fast food, friendly and helpful, even asked if I wanted a refill while I eating at my table. Place was busy, but the staff did an amazing job getting all the tables cleaned.

I go to this CFA all the time and have never ever seen anything like this. It’s the closest one to me other than the one on imperial, but i have had great service here up until yesterday. I got a salad for my mom since she loves the grilled chicken salad, she had opened the salad and was enjoying it up until she almost finished her meal and saw not one but TWO flies in her salad, it was disgusting and very very disappointing considering the salad was not opened until i had gotten home. super upsetting and will now be going to the one on imperial.

A small order in the early AM done via app. The app made it very easy. Walked in to pick up, almost no wait. As a repeat customer, this was a repeat performance. Good food was ready as expected. Very fast turnaround. Later in the day, I suspect the experience may take longer. Using the app for takeout is highly recommended.

Chick-Fil-A is consistently a great dining experience and the workers stand out everytime I visit. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the workers genuinely seem to care about providing a great experience. Even during busy times of the day, the workers still manage to keep the atmosphere pleasant.The commitment to customer service builds trust and makes you feel valued as guest. Their food is made with high quality ingredients, and you can tell they take pride in their food preparation. Some foods that show this are their chicken sandwich, which is crispy and perfect seasoned. Another great food is the waffle fries, which are crispy on the outside and soft inside. All their drinks are refreshing and a great addition to any meal. Overall, Chick-Fil-A combines excellent service with delicious food, which makes it a reliable choice that many people love, including myself. The only thing I would change is to adjust the prices on the food and make it more affordable.
