We went to the drive thru. We distinctly ordered 2 small chocolate Heath Blizzards. The order taker asked, “what size?” We responded “small”. Then he gave us a price that indicated he was charging us for one blizzard. We said we wanted 2. When we got to the window he asked us if we wanted lids, we said “no thank you”. So, we received our lidded vanilla Heath Blizzards and went on our merry way.

The cheese curds are to die for! 10/10 for sure! My favorite blizzard will of course always be chocolate chip cookie dough but my son loves the cotton candy and my husband all the flavors. Such a cult classic restaurant!

I understand hiring young kids is part of owning the business but at some point there’s gotta be some type of management supervision. They’re all nice kids but they’re so unorganized. The last few times I’ve gotten food they’ve messed up my order or they won’t give me everything I order but still charge me for everything, ask for sauces they only give you 1 measely deal or they won’t give you any at all. This place seriously needs better management.

Paid almost $14 for a burger that repped to be a hidden valley ranch burger yet there was literally one drop of ranch and it was still pretty pink in the middle and a diet dr. Pepper that was out of flavoring so more like club soda. At the end of the day I paid $14 to head back to work thirsty and hungry. Do better dairy queen.

We ordered off the value menu and was not asked if he wanted the dessert offered with it. The uptown facility is quite different than the downtown and the others dining in were very loud and used profanity alot. Not an enjoyable experience!

My mom and I came here for blizzards today. They were delicious and thick. The employee who made our blizzards even turned them upside down to show us how thick they were. Service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Lobby was supposed to open at 11am we showed up at 11:25 doors were locked. Employees came in and opened the door, however qe had to pick the chairs up and put them on the floors ourselves. The lady helping us did not know how to use the machine and did not give any of us drink cups. We had several people in our group and the rest of the employees stood their looking like deer in the headlights while we waited for a very long time just to get our order in….. would recommend a different dairy queen.
