I really hate to do reviews especially on food service. I’ve eaten at Subways Colo,NM, TX,Ok,Ks,Neb, Iowa,Ur,Ark,Tn,& many many more I was a truck driver for 30years now disabled I’ve eaten at the subway in Clayton since they opened in all the years I can count on one hand with missing fingers how many times I’ve gotten good fresh bread & tonight not only was the bread tough flaky & hard but the chicken inside wasn’t any better the reason I haven’t & don’t do reviews is this is a very small rural town & I don’t ever complain so you should understand how bad it had to finally get for me to say something

The food tastes as you would expect. Although I do love the new wrap: honey mustard rotisserie chicken. This store is OUTSTANDING in service. The line was out the door when we arrived. But the staff would give Chick-fil-a a run for the money on efficiency. The store was sparkling clean. The average age of staff was probably 19 but they were consummate professionals! Great job!

Has to be one of the politis people working at!! She suggested things to pawn the sandwich I would have never thought and it was wonderful tasting!! I will definitely stop back at this location!!!

All employee except for the young man working there were extremely rude. Did as little as possible and smirked when asked to simply toast the cheese with our sandwich. I have never been so disappointed with a subway it is one of our favorite places to eat back home. Would definitely reevaluate customer service at this location if you want happy customers that will return. Could see their attitude written all over their faces.

Terrible customer service. The worker acted like she’d never heard of a pizza sub until another employee told her they had them. Couldn’t use the coupon for BOGO 50% off in store only on-line which in the long run would of saved us the TERRIBLE customer service. Live and learn no more Subway for us.

It was very clean in the main area. The female bathroom toilet was backed up with the door propped open, so not sure if knew about it or not. Food was fresh and tasted good. Employees were fine, I think they would have been happier us not coming in. Asking her to wrap my sandwich in two separate wrappers was almost too much for her. I would come back because I like Subway and the place was clean and fast.
