This is one of those places that’s always good. And you’re pretty sure if you bring people here they will like it too. Old style country food with quaint country atmosphere. In the unlikely event you have to wait for a table you can shop in their country store… They get quite busy so you can have to wait from time to time.. this is one of the few chains that seems as good now as it was 10 years ago. We took a group here in everyone seemed to enjoy it. They definitely deserve a 4.5.

Such a disappointment. Was really looking forward to coffee and breakfast. Server forgot the coffee. The breakfast took a while and was cold. Ordered French toast, brought out 30 minutes later with no syrup. Called out to servers and was ignored. Who eats French toast without syrup….monsters. server said the charge was removed. Nope sure wasnt and the manager was busy so I just paid and left. The cashiers apologized for the service which others experienced as well. They were great but powerless to the situation.

Got there at 3:00 pm ordered got our food 3:45 waiter was very good. My food was good. Now on the other hand my husbands
Pancakes were so tuff he couldn’t even cut them with his fork. The other couple with us his was good but she got chicken and dumplings there was no chicken and she got meatloaf and it was still pink well she sent that back it wasn’t ever replaced because we were done eating and the waiter came back to say what she wanted to replace her meal with would take an additional 15 minutes. So
She opted out. We ended up stopping at a food truck near our house and she finally got food that was good. We will not be going back.

My family went here for my birthday dinner recently and had the best service and food. When you walk in, you are greeted by a warm staff and sights galore. They had the gift shop decorated top to bottom with all sorts of beautiful and neat things. I was ecstatic to see a special edition of Anne of Green Gables waiting for me to pick it up. Even more estatic to see a wide assortment of cat-related paraphernalia, which made my heart very happy. As amazing as all of these things were, the highlight of our experience was our waiter, Nick, and his top-tier service skills. He will blow you away with his charisma and his ability to go with the flow ensuring everyone feels welcome. And before anyone asks, the FOOD. The food: absolutely and astonishingly delectable 10000%. The food was fresh and delivered quickly. Nick didn’t skip a beat. He anticipated every need and stayed on top of them, despite the fact that he was managing several tables at once. All in all, my family had great food, next-level service, and memories made from the comfort of the hearth. If you haven’t dined here, what are you even doing?

We went to Cracker Barrel Friday- Black Friday.
I met my husband after he got off work at 7:20.
Not many people in there. We sat by the fireplace. I loved the coziness. We both had friend fish! Excellent. Salads! Excellent. I loved the lemonade too.
Our waiter was so wonderful and proficient.
Then I went shopping and bought some beautiful dresses…on sale.
What a great experience! Thank you Cracker Barrel.

Always a good choice. Party of 3 walked up Sunday around 2 pm. About a 30-minute wait. The server was Brittany and really good. Food took some time but delicious nevertheless. Pictured pancake tacos, French toast, fried apples, hashbrown casserole with substitutions with soft drinks. Biscuits were nice and fluffy. Total $46.46

`This was an unusual day for Cracker Barrel in my experience. We were sat down pretty quickly but had no one acknowledge our presence for at least 15 minutes for beverage or anything. Finally a server came by our table and we were able to order, service was good, food was good. The reason this was such a problem was that my lunch guest had just completed a fasting period due to a medical test and was really weak and hungry. Even a beverage would have helped. As I stated, this was not my normal experience with Cracker Barrel but nevertheless, uncomfortable.

I had the sampler plate with meatloaf and fried chicken. The meatloaf was very good but the chicken had bones, was supposed to be boneless. I had corn as a side and it came out 10 minutes after I got my food. My server was excellent and was still given 20% tip as none of this was her fault. In general, I love Cracker Barrel and will be back.
