Food was very poor. Onion rings were crunchy and very hard and dry. Soda machine only had coke, Dr Pepper 3 flavors of high C and 1 flavor of aha. Would not recommend this location. Wife said fries tasted off. Kids complained about chicken fries. Threw away most of our $60 order

We visit Dequincy all the time so we gave it a try. Served us raw dough. All the French sticks were raw dough. Came out of the bag looking like the pic. There’s really no excuse for this. Already home when we found it. The crossaintwich was edible. Won’t be returning.

This Burger king location has to be a joke. Our family had ordered here a few times and has continued to receive missing order’s and cold food. At this point it’s a joke that y’all are still open. Please tell the staff to actually do there jobs for once and maybe people will stop trash talking about you.

The team members were nice and respectful. The restaurant was very clean. The best milkshake I’ve had in a long time and I love milkshakes. Would highly recommend anyone of the people working here get a raise and that anyone around here or passing through that this is the place to go. Thanks guys, I needed a refreshing experience at fast food.

Food was burnt so bad it was not edible. It was like they put mayonnaise on the bun then fried it. I couldn’t chew through it. And even the meat was burnt.

Fast food is just disappointing these days anyway… but I have a dairy allergy and requested no cheese. I had to hear workers complain about my special order while paying, they made me wait, and still put cheese on my burger.

They confirmed mo onions 3 times, but it’s okay, easy enough to take off. Consistent QC of their food is better than other BKs imo, service is always polite.

DEQUINCY, LA. Went pick up mobile order via Drive Thru and after being handed food (forcefully handed to me). I ask for ranch sauce and I had it thrown at me and the window slammed! I blew my horn (was ignored)! Knocked on the window and she opened it and I asked for a manager and her response was “I am the manager “ (young white girl with eye glasses) Wow!! Meanwhile she slams the window shut and starts laughing with the cook and who I’m assuming is the actual manager (white guy)! I’m disabled and this reminds me of why I don’t like going in public because people are rude!! Burger King if this the type of people y’all hire you should be ashamed! No professionalism whatsoever! If the roles were reversed it would be assault on the customer! Please remove the bad seeds immediately before there is a lawsuit!!
