The wait is horrendous. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 mins for one whopper meal when there’s 4 people working one of which is the district manager. This is truly the worst Burger King around and needs to be reevaluated- starting with upper management. Not to mention, my chs burger was cold and cheese was unmelted. GROSS

So I walk not this BK and every table is dirty and they are not busy at all. Last time I come to this place. So I came on 1/21/2026 and it was so nasty in tbis place I will be calling the heath department. All the employees are just standing around not doing. Nothing. No medium lids no ice.

Requested meal without condiments, mayo and ketchup were running out of sandwich, bun completely soggy. Mayo gives me indigestion, hence the request. Thanks for the 12 dollar fries.

Waited for more then five minutes in drive through just to order. Wasn’t busy at all.and yet they were only taking orders from speaker one car at a time and took even longer getting the food I will not be back to this location ever. Worst experience at a burger king ever.

This Burger King is hands down the worst I’ve ever been to. Maybe it’s the neighborhood it’s in that brings in the staff, but it’s nowhere near any other fast food spot around. Even Taco Bell gets me my food faster and with better service. It seems like this place is always just kinda run without real management or leadership. You’ll pull up and see the workers outside smoking, probably ‘cause they’re never busy. And even when there’s no one inside, the wait for your food is insanely long—longer than anywhere else. Most of the staff look like they’re on something or just off something. The owners really need to rethink who they’ve got working there. Blocking the drive-thru entirely while waiting forever for food is just stupid. This whole place is a mess. Burger King should seriously reconsider if they even want their name attached to this franchisee. If the owners are okay with how it’s being run, maybe they should just shut it down and open a Captain D’s instead. Service there basically sucks too.

Decent place in my opinion with decent food, nothing special in recent memory. Just that they need more employees and to be faster. Like I can just order a sandwich and need to wait +5 minutes waiting on it. Like when I needed to go to Toledo, I ordered my usual up there and it was super quick and the staff was extremely nice. The staff experience over here though was decently respectable, but nothing special. Very average place, but could use more employees and needs to improve speed.

The chicken sandwich was sad. The bun was delicious but it left me unable to taste the chicken because of how little there was. I think I could’ve ordered a 4 for 4 at Wendy’s and gotten 3 times the amount of chicken for less than half the price of this sandwich meal. The fries were hot and salty. The sprite was mid. What has happened to Burger King? Why has Brandon done this?

The food at this location actually isn’t too bad sometimes…which is the only reason I come here. The speed is ridiculously slow. Ordering at the drive-thru goes pretty smoothly, but expect to turn off your car to save gas when you get to the pick-up window. I don’t know if they are so short-staffed that they can’t get the food made fast enough, or what. But they need to get the ball rolling. The other night there were 3 cars told to pull forward to wait for their order, including mine. I shut off the car while waiting. The same situation happened again earlier yesterday, except this time only 1 car had to pull forward. The other 3 of us were stuck waiting at the window. A while back I pulled up to the speaker to order, and no one ever came on to take my order. Twice I asked if anyone was there…got no response. Drove up to the window and no one approached. I honked my horn, and still no one came to the window. Yes, the restaurant was open…well within operating hours.
As much as I like BK, I’m not going back for a while. I can get in and out of Wendy’s in less than 5 minutes.
On a side note, I gave them 2 stars for service only because the guys at the pickup window are very nice.
