Wow this place is so delicious, and as a Viet family, that means high praise! I got the grilled chicken rice plate (photo), but my family also got the My Quang, Bun Bo Hue, the grilled pork rice plate, and the special combination banh mi. The My Quang was genuinely the best I have had in America (and I live in LA so that’s serious!) and I was very impressed with the crispness and flavor of the banh mi. Our family will 100% be coming back anytime we are in the area. 100/10, would *extremely* recommend!!!!
Cảm ơn Paris Bánh Mì, một bữa trưa qúa sức la ngon và tuyệt vời. Hẹn gặp lại!

Bun rieu is a bit interesting that noodle is thinner than other places. Bun rieu and bun bo hue are both really good, tasty, large portion. Banh bao and pate chaud don’t have much meat. Coconut banh bo is good but not super memorable; it’s not as spongy as the typical pandan green banh bo. Sugarcane juice was good too. Like the fact that they have a variety of dishes / snacks to try. Would like to come back and try others.

The Vietnamese people running the restaurant are very friendly! I have not heard about this authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale until my friend recommended me to buy their bánh mi đặc biệt special! The sandwich contains an excellent amount of meat because meat is the power to protein! The cashier is very friendly asking me to slice my sandwich in half and I say yes! The vegetables are equally spreader into my two sliced sandwiches! I will return for their usual bánh mi đặc biệt special!

I came here yesterday with my family for Christmas lunch and it was so delicious that we came back again. Today, we tried the bún rêu, bánh cuon (Vietnamese rice rolls), the pho, as well as the nem nuong. Everything was delicious as expected, and the broth of the bun rêu was extremely flavorful and authentic, reminding me of a broth similar to what my mom would make. Highly recommend and 10/10!!!

Wow!!!! My first time ever having this type of sandwich. This was amazing. I got the Shredded Chicken Bahn Mi. The bread was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The shredded veggies were crisp and refreshing. My new favorite type of sandwich. I don’t eat a lot of pork and the employees were nice enough to explain everything that had pork in it, and leave it off the sandwich for me. They have a HUGE drink menu and I will be coming back to try every one! We had the lychee fruit tea and the peach fruit tea, both were great and with REAL FRUIT!!! We also got a green sweet bread (forgot the actual name) – it is flavored with a type of leaf. This place is a gem and we will be returning.

Self-cafeteria style so you don’t have to tip. Bun bo Hue and Mi Quang taste great, the chef must be from central part of Vietnam where these dishes originate. I like Banh bao and Bun Rieu too. Their egg coffee is superb.
The Banh Mi and Yogurt are mediocre, 545 Banh Mi across the street is better

I had the best experience.
Not only the Pho was delicious but the barn mi with the fresh baguette was outstanding.
Everybody there serves you with a smile and is eager to help.
