Got take out and, as a vegetarian, ordered the veggie dinner with fried rice, spicy tofu, and vegetable spring rolls. The tofu and spring rolls were solid with good flavor and texture. The fried rice, though, was extremely bland. Without the tofu sauce and sauce from veggie plate, it would have tasted like plain rice. The veggie plate was also pretty average.
I ordered ahead on mobile. Food was ready quickly, order was accurate, and the staff were friendly. I did not try the sushi, so I cannot comment on that, but overall I was not very impressed with the dishes I ordered, especially considering the price that I paid. The veggie plate did come with a small miso soup and salad, the soup was good and salad was basically just some lettuce with ginger dressing.

My first time in was great. Sushi Republic is small and very cozy, with a perfect selection of rolls, sashimi, and just a few entrees. The woman greeting at the door had the nicest smile and the service was very fast and efficient. All of my rolls were just enough and I’ll try the Tempura Desserts next time! Arigato!

When you order a Poke BOWL one would expect it to come in a BOWL, this is $18 US dollars mind you!!! This is supposed to be a main by the way, this is barely an appetizer. Looks pretty and all but I could care less. New ownership is ruining this place I once enjoyed for several years. Safe to say this will be my last visit after my previous few experiences. Go elsewhere. Similar price range at least you’ll get your value.

First time at Sushi Republic for dinner with family and was not disappointed. This restaurant is true to it’s ratings. The decor is typical Japanese but the signed mural on the wall was awesome for someone that appreciate good art. Service was prompt and attentive and the food was tasty. On top of that, the chefs here really took upon themselves to make it a presentation as well. The ingredients used were a little above expectations and thus more then justify the fair prices at Sushi Republic. Will definitely return for more positive experience.

The Ramen took me back to NYC, flavorful light and the pork belly was delicious and tender! A+++ We look forward to coming back and tearing it up again! We also got the teriyaki salmon, udon noodles, fried rice, shrimp shumai steamed, chicken katsu and a dragon roll, all of it was on point and delicious! Thank you all for your delicious food!
