Food (4/5): My daughter and I ordered the following food items – large soft pretzel, peach Dole cool whip, cookie dough and dark chocolate Carmel ice cream, crispy cauliflower and a bologna sandwich. The Dole peach whip was my favorite item and the soft pretzel was our least favorite (see pic).
Service (4/5): the woman behind the counter seemed unhappy and slightly irritated when taking our order. She did not have great customer service for someone in the customer service industry. However, the other staff were nice and the service was relatively quick.

is Place Has Gone Downhill Fast
I’m honestly shocked. I used to rave about this ice cream shop. I’d bring friends, family—any excuse to come here. But after today? Never again.
They messed up my order (it wasn’t complicated), and when I calmly asked for it to be corrected, the woman working there acted like I was the problem. No apology, no fix—just attitude. She was flat-out rude and dismissive.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience at a place I used to love. If this is how they handle loyal customers, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else.
There are too many other ice cream spots around to waste time here.

overpriced average ice cream. and there’s always a line? best business model ever lol. Dairy Belle in Belleville offers competitive prices and great soft serve with big portions. A plus for JBs there is no longer a minimum spend for bank card use. The pic is a.medium come after one bite and the cone was hollow.

Absolutely disappointed. I usually enjoy coming here, but today’s experience was awful and honestly unacceptable. I ordered a double 1/3 burger with only ketchup very simple. When I got my food, it had cheese on it. I don’t eat cheese, and I made it very clear when I ordered.
When I asked for a remake, the woman (who I later found out is one of the owners) was extremely rude. She refused to even touch the food to fix the mistake and treated me like I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just pure attitude and disrespect.
The cashier also never read my order back to me, which could’ve avoided all of this in the first place. If this is how ownership handles customers, it’s a major red flag. I won’t be back anytime soon and I’ll be telling my friends to steer clear too.

We love having JB’s close by. Food is reasonably priced and most times very good. On this visit Friday 6/20, I was disappointment in the service and in small part by the food. We ordered a chicken tender basket, no cole slaw but with a double order of french fries. After waiting several minutes past the 15 minutes we were quoted over the phone our food was delivered. I checked everything and found that we didn’t get the double order of french fries. I sat for a couple more minutes waiting for the additional fries when an employee, a young boy came to the window and said ” you didn’t order a double order of fries” I told him we did I was sitting right next to my wife when she called it in, and besides if we didn’t why was there no cole slaw. At this point he could have had my additional fries made and sent me away a happy customer. Instead, he told me I was wrong!! That is horrible practice in any business!! At that point I just left, a little pissed off. Some training on how to deal with order errors is in order. And to top it off the fries we did get were rather undercooked and soggy. We’ll be back but maybe not as often if this is how we will be treated.

I ordered something simple, and it still came out wrong. Then she told me if I wanted it fixed, I’d have to pay AGAIN—which would be understandable if the mistake was mine, but it absolutely was not. The attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Brought my grandsons for ice cream ♥️ we can get ice cream anywhere but the reason I love JB’s is the outdoor swings, sandboxes, and children’s size picnic table under the trees in the SHADE! I can leave the drippy sticky mess outside my car.
