When you think about Dunkin at large, there’s a general acceptance to knowing what you’re getting. However, not all are run the exact same, and have the same level of quality. There are a few that are spot on, EVERY time, and this is one of them! I have not seen the workers here giving less than 100% each time I’ve come here. These guys are spot on!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. I placed my order at 6:38 PM, and the store was not scheduled to close until 7:00 PM. Instead of simply preparing the order, the staff member started arguing with me about the timing and made me feel unwelcome, as if I was doing something wrong by ordering before closing time. Customer service should remain professional until the actual closing time. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

There’s been multiple times they’ve messed up orders and I’ve had to go back in to get them reconciled. I’ve had my final straw with this location. I stopped by here multiple times a week because it’s convenient on the way to work, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere. They’re always skipping on the portion that you order. For example, I have a tendency to get bacon, avocado, toast, and multiple times they have put less than three or four small bacon bit pieces on top. I’ve also had multiple times where the breakfast wraps are slowly put together making for such a mess. More times than that they don’t feel the coffee up all the way or it has been burned. Don’t waste your time, money, or potential frustration with this place.

Idk but I feel like the quality of this location had declined so bad! Donuts are so not presentable edible! They need to train their employees properly. This is how the donuts looks like everyday! Not happy about it

Your team is so incredible for supporting the Fox River Trolley Museum and it’s Santa event. It was nice to know we were getting a known product. Definitely will drive the extra few mins to your location. Kudos to you Dunkin for supporting a not for profit in the community.

Just about every time my husband, I or my mother order from this Dunkin’ something is wrong. We’ve never complained or have been rude to any one of the staff that we’ve encountered. However we’re almost always treated rudely when in the drive-thru getting cut off when ordering or the food/drinks are not correct. When we pull up to the window it’s major giggling like they know they’ve messed up your order but it’s an inside thing and unless you check your food and taste your drink right then and there you won’t know it’s wrong until you make it to work. This is my closest Dunkin’ but I’d rather go out of my way to a different location than to give this location more money.

Receipt found inside bag touching the food- everything had to be thrown out. The person handling my order wasted my money. Coffee was cold when I ordered hot. Drive thru service acted like I was a bother to her.

Walked in to order and it took 15 minutes for my order to be completed. When it was ready it was thrown on the counter with a very quiet mumble from a worker and no receipt on bag to tell whose order it was, ended up taking things out of the bag just to see which one of us in line was supposed to get it. After all of that, I get to my car and the wake-up wraps don’t even have sausage in them. Just an egg and a crunchy shell with some cheese. Too hungry to go back in and wait another 15-20 minutes (long line of people waiting like me for their orders) to ask for new food. Very disappointed.

I come here every morning before work as it’s right next to my house & the only one on my way. They always just throw my donut in face down so literally all the icing comes off & it’s a complete waste of money. The morning staff always have a bad attitude. I find that the evening staff are a bit nicer. Really wish they would put a little bit more effort in. It’s not that hard to just gently place the donut in the bag.
