finally stopped by Wingstop after wanting to try it since arriving here for a work trip almost two months ago. The wings were decent but could have had more flavor, and the blue cheese dipping sauce barely tasted like blue cheese. The fries were good. Service was okay—one of the three employees was friendly, while the others seemed less engaged. Working in the food industry for 23 years, I know how much a warm greeting and positive attitude can improve the overall experience.

I’m a delivery driver. I went to pick up an order this afternoon at this restaurant and received very poor service. The young woman was very rude and said it wasn’t ready, okay, no problem. I’ll wait. I asked to use the restroom and she said it was only for customers. But we drivers work all day, 14-16 hours a day delivering their food. We need to use the restroom at some point. We’re human beings. I asked for her name to file a complaint and she wouldn’t give it to me. Extremely rude. Unfortunately, I cancelled the order. This young woman is definitely not fit to work in public.
I won’t be going back to that restaurant.

Dirty workplace to order food from and I called both corporate numbers listed in this review to let them know how horrible they were being after I said something was wrong with my order they said there is “nothing we can do because you didn’t like the flavors” I then told the worker that “these were horrible wings regardless of the flavor”. She then said she would be right back to talk with me and never was and I was trash talked behind my back not once but twice to all of her coworkers that do nothing other than obey her every word and did not question anything and i was even mocked. I called corporate on both phone numbers that are listed right there in hopes they resolve this issue because this lady is unprofessional and should work somewhere else other than my local wingstop in a position of leadership. people get terminated from their jobs acting that type of disrespect towards their customers and I did not even raise my voice or become any type of disrespectfuL I SIMPLY SAID “DO I HAVE TO CALL CORPORATE?”and after being told “call corporate I dont care” Then i walked out. Dont eat at this location it was whatever manager on duty that acted this unprofessional, I didnt get their name.

The customer service was extremely disrespectful when ordering via telephone and I was also asked to “pull-up” as if I was being invited to a physical altercation. I arrived at the location due to being unsuccessful ordering via telephone. As I was ordering my food in person, I finally confirmed the individual i was talking to via telephone was the same person taking my order in person. The young man was still confrontational, disrespectful and hostile. I asked for the owner/operator of the establishment contact information and was told they are not allowed to give the owner / operator information. Therefore, I decided to give this Wingstop a 1 star due to the ignorant, disrespectful and hostile customer service.

Came here on 9/29/24 for dinner with my husband for takeout. Woman at the counter was rude and kept messing up our order. She didn’t put the sandwich in our order at all. Bag was completely soaked in ranch dressing and my six piece wings only contained five wings, one of them very chewy and gross. Awful service. Never coming here again! Avoid at all costs!

If I could give it no stars I would. First of all this was an uber eats order. It was switched to three different drivers I assume because it was taking to long to prepare as I watched them switch at the physical location. After the third driver took my order it arrived in the respectable time frame. When I got my order opened it up I noticed they had threw my corn on its side no big deal I ordered a 20 piece classic 5pc corn and side cheese fries. The 20 piece WAS ALL DRUMSTICKS BURNT AND WAY BEYOND OVER COOKED. I’m applauded. Specially being drum sticks are the cheapest option with bone in wing I always get flags I didn’t have the option to order just flats. I immediately went to customer support with a photo and immediately was told I was not eligible for refund. No problem so here’s the review. I will never ever in my life order from this location again. And yes that means in person too because the fact you could treat your online customers like that shows me you genuinely don’t care. You knew what you were doing giving me 20DRUM STICKS. THATS HORRIBLE. NONE THE LESS COMPLETELY OVER COOKED. Its all good lessened learned and I hope this helps someone else in the future. Also asked for no seasoning on corn. LOADED WITH SEASONING not edible. Total L

Worst Customer Service Ever – Very Disrespectful Staff

I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful — like she was being forced to work there and customers were just an inconvenience. She didn’t even greet properly, rolled her eyes when I asked a simple question about my order, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered.

The people working inside the kitchen weren’t any better. They were laughing loudly, shouting across the store, and not taking their job seriously. One of them even ignored me completely when I tried to ask for a sauce that was missing. It felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me, which is ridiculous.

Honestly, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you don’t like working with customers, you shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ve never felt so disrespected in a food place. Won’t be coming back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they seriously improve their staff’s attitude.

This was my first time trying Wing Stop. I ordered half hickory smoked bbq and half garlic Parmesan wings. I also ordered a side of fries. I loved the hand cut fries and it’s seasoning! I liked the fries better than the wings! The hickory smoked bbq flavor was very good, but the garlic Parmesan dry rub was HORRIBLE! They barely put any garlic Parmesan seasoning on my wings! It tasted bland! I bought ten wings and still left hungry! There was barely any meat on my wings, and the meat wasn’t tender either! The 3 stars I did give this place is for the fries and the hickory smoked bbq flavor. I’ll give Wing Stop one more chance at a different location.

I usually order delivery from this place and it’s always such a wonderful experience but today they messed up my order and i just thought it was a simple mistake maybe i could’ve gotten a refund or a new order made. But when i called they yelled literally yelled back saying that they didn’t mess it up. I ordered two 10 piece combos one being hot and mild and another being mild and plain the order came to me as hot and plain and mild and plain. NOT WHAT U ORDERED when they asked for proof i sent photo of my order and they still argued back that I was in the wrong. I took a bite of one of the pieces thinking maybe i was wrong and they were light in the sauce but no it was actually plain and now i’m upset because they won’t respond taking the blame and taking responsibility for their mistake.
