The employee waited on me quickly. Asks my preferences. Was polite. The only “glitch” was that I ordered a “meal deal and he pulled out and sliced a footlong. I asked about it. Said.. oops, sorry. I asked the difference in price. It was $3, lunch the next day!!

Don’t trust the order timing when ordering online. Had to wait 15 extra minutes to get my order after showing up at the time and they still forget to give me the drink. Good food just bad service right now, hope they fix in the future.

Don’t come here on your lunch Or if you have to be somewhere. Extremely slow took over 20 to 25 minutes to get an online order made.
I ordered Through the app and waited the 20 to 25 minutes. Once I arrived, they told me my sandwich still wasn’t ready and I would have to wait in line behind the other five people waiting in line even though I made an online order 25 minutes prior. Then I continue to tell them I can’t wait much longer. I’m on a time crunch if I could get a refund.. They then said they’d weren’t allowed to do that and I have to come back for the manager.

Was looking foward to coming here because it is close to my house, but when we came in the girls seemed annoyed that customers had come in and had to get up from the table they were at. They also were rude not only to me, but to the customer who was behind me as well because he wanted meatballs and they had not been prepped yet. They didnt have any tea or cookies available when we came in and ot was arpund 11AM. The girls both had attitude and you could easily tell they hated working there.
