I’ve always trusted Chick-fil-A for cleanliness and consistency, which is why this experience was so shocking. While eating my fries, I found a piece of dental floss mixed in with the food.

Finding something like that completely kills your appetite and your confidence in how the food is being prepared and handled behind the scenes.

Mistakes happen, but this is far beyond a minor error. I threw the rest of the food away immediately. I hope management takes sanitation more seriously, because this is not what customers expect from a place known for high standards.

I go to this location daily. Lately, it’s been pretty bad. 20 min wait for a drink and hashbrowns when it was slow. And now I have ordered a chicken burrito, what i always get. and i receive my order in a much smaller bag than usual. and it’s a chicken burrito, no egg and bacon? i don’t eat pork. thankfully i opened the burrito due to it feeling weird and saw that. I would’ve been mortified if i had taken a bite of the burrito and it was bacon. I also didn’t get a salsa packet which has happened multiple times, and if you know anything about a burrito, you need salsa or some sort of sauce. The lack of checking items has been a problem for awhile now. and i really hope they correct it soon.. I guess i’ll try again tomorrow..

Bought 3 spicy chicken sandwich combos every chicken sandwich had the thinnest chicken breast I have ever gotten on a chicken sandwich literally looked like half the usual size they were last time I purchased them. This place is horrible always has been to. No matter what day what time you give this place a try they are ALWAYS disappointing.
I waited 22 minutes this morning to order a chick-fl-a biscuit I had a reward for. Since they have no sense of urgency and it takes 22 minutes to get 15 cars through the drive thru is insane. At 10:31 I was greeted, I tired to use my coupon. They said “oh yea breakfast ended”
I’ve been here since breakfast, I waited 22 minutes to redeem this coupon. If they weren’t so slow then it would have been no issue. I’m so upset. This place is so bad it has come down to only going if I have a coupon. I am low income so any money being spent is more debt I’m gaining and I can’t just afford to waste time and money like that.

I’m so upset. This stuff always happens at this location. I have never in my life and I’ve been to chick fl a’s all over the place, been treated and dismissed so horribly then by this establishment. Chick fl a shut this location down!

Horrible, twice now I ordsr on the mobile app, but they dont start the order til I get there. Whats the point then if I still hav to wait just as long. And it wouldn’t be bad if I didnt stand there waiting long enough that I finished my beverage. For some one who thoroughly enjoys eating here, and does at min 3x a week usually, I only ever seem to have the constant issue with this location.

Today was our first time visiting this location since the rebuild, and I have to say that whoever designed this building and the parking lot setup needs to be fired.

Our dine in service was okay, a bit slow but it was lunch hour. The food was usual Chick fil a fare. Staff was very friendly.

The BIG glaring issue is that there is no longer a kids play place just a play corner next to the bathrooms. Like a 2 ft by 4 ft corner, legitimately not big enough for two toddlers.

Speaking of bathrooms… there’s no family restroom. And there’s no handicap access button on the women’s restroom, which means trying to maneuver a stroller into said women’s restroom is a huge problem. I had a potty training toddler and an infant so I had to make the choice between leaving an infant alone in the stroller or leaving a toddler alone in a public restroom. Horrifying not family or child friendly at all.

And then, to make matters even worse, the way the new parking lot is set up, there’s no sidewalk or safe path to get to the building for dine in unless you manage to get a parking spot right up against the building. So I was managing a toddler and an infant in a busy parking lot – had I known how awful the new interior experience was before visiting I suppose I would have just done the drive through and gone to the park instead. Then, there was no handicap button to get into the building either, so getting a stroller in the door was an absolute nightmare.

This seems like a very poor choice of design on multiple fronts. We won’t be back.

What happened? Service is so slow. I always place a mobile order and if it’s more than 3 items, something is either messed up or missing. Drive thru would be more efficient if they gave out orders in order instead of randomly. Every time the cars behind me get their order first and are left waiting for me to get my one sandwich that I placed a mobile order for (what’s the point of doing that if it’s not prepped before I get there?) Today was the most surprising
with how they lost my one single breakfast sandwich. 15-20 minutes of them having me pull into a parking spot and a manager coming out, constantly asking me if I even ordered, just for them to magically find my order somewhere. I don’t know what’s up with this location but judging by the other reviews, I’m not alone with the terrible service.

After a long day at work, stopped here to grab dinner for my family and everyone’s food was there except my entire meal. Unless you want to drive back to the location in rush hour it’s hopeless to call and attempt a refund/reimbursement process. Thanks for the 25 minute drive thru wait time and no dinner. I will go to the Malabar location and will tell everyone else to do the same.

Had the best experience working with this team for a catering order. Order was for 55 people, and the service was excellent. David and Shelly delivered premium service along with their team and couldn’t be friendlier. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have been by twice since they opened after the new renovations. The first time, the guy taking my order was super nice and on top of things. We ordered a salad with grilled chicken, but got a salad with fried chicken that we only realized when we got home. Ok, not a huge deal but still irritating.

My husband just went today and got 2 salads only to get home with the order and realize they completely forgot one. He had to drive back and wait to get the salad replaced and then h got back in the car and they had forgotten the toppings so he had to go back in again.

The new drive through makes no sense because cars can’t leave if they already had their order and another car is still waiting in front of them. Overall just not impressed with this location after the rebuild. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the guy that took my order the first time was super nice and on top of things or if give a 1.

Edit: we’ve been again a couple times since this review just because it’s convenient for us to go. They finally got our order right, but twice now I’ve had terrible fries. They are stuck together and undercooked. Literally never have had as bad of experiences at a chick fil a as I have had at this one.
