I went through the drive thru to order strawberries and cream which is my usual order when I pulled up to the window, I received half a cup strawberries and cream ,I asked if it’s a small and she replied that it was a normal size. I asked why it was so empty ,when I usually get it full she replied with a blank stare and said the lady in the back did it. Istead of attempting to fix my issue she continued to give me a blank stare and out of frustration I left!!!

I came to the establishment with 4 people including myself, we all agreed that this place is atrocious. The chips were stale, hard, and tasted like plastic, the salsa barely salsa to begin with, the food was watery with a horrible flavor, and the employees were rude when asking for a rag when a drink spilled. This place came after a Chicken Express and many of the chicken statues and pictures were still left around in the exact same places. The color scheme was identical to the earlier Chicken Express as well. The fact that this place has 3.7 stars at the point in time that I’m writing this, is unbelievable. This food establishment is an abomination.

Counter order and pickup with separate chips and salsa bar. More Mex-mex than Tex-mex with large portions and good value for the money. As mentioned elsewhere, the order taker seemed unfamiliar with the menu and there was a little communication problem getting the order straight. Food was tasty and the space was clean and bright. It was very busy on a Monday afternoon (most other Mexican places in town weren’t open) and the staff seemed a little overwhemed but imagine things will get smoother in a few weeks. I’ll try it again then.

LOVE that we have something other than texmex in Azle!! Everything we’ve had is great and prices are completely reasonable. They have a nice little salsa bar also. Haven’t tried breakfast yet but they have a good selection of breakfast tacos.

The place was packed but we received our order quickly. Food was good but not great, but I will say the service was great! If they can do better quality checks on the food they are serving this place will be amazing.

I went through the drive-thru and the order was wrong. I ordered the burrito place with just seems me and cheese for my son. With ground beef. They sent me home with shredded beef onions peppers the whole shabang. I called the number on the receipt who is apparently the owner he told me he was at home and couldn’t take care of the problem right now and to bring the receipt to the store tomorrow. I am here now trying to replace the order and they will not replace the order. the owner will not answer his phone and it’s not at the store as he stated he would be.
The employee, I am guessing the manager, called the owner of the restaurant who refused ever having talked to me last night. Too bad for him I have the call log and prove that he was a liar. Once I proved that I had in fact talked to the man at the number on the receipt they decided to fix my meal. I just found out that they will be closing March 30th and it does not surprised meme face on my interaction with the owner and being called a liar by him when in fact he is the liar

I was super excited this opened so close to my house because I used to eat at their NRH location. Now I realise this one JUST opened so there are some kinks to work out. The gentleman taking my order had no idea what came on the burritos I ordered and I had already been in the drive thru for 10 minutes so I was being impatient. I ordered 2 burritos. The green chili burrito and a carne asada burrito. I was told the burritos came with rice , cheese , and vegetables and the GC came with shredded ground beef (whatever that may be) what I got was a GC with meat and sauce and a super gross pulled pork burrito that was meat and a tortilla. So needles to say I’m super dissapointed but will be back after they have some time to work out the kinks of service. Product knowledge is always a must as well as paying attention and getting orders correct. Best of luck to them , I hope it all gets worked out and this location is as good as the other.

Food was horrible. Got ground beef tacos and Nacho Supreme. The ground beef was nasty browned ground beef no seasoning, no cheese on the nachos. I will never try this place again. It was the absolute worst Mexican food I have ever had.

Being from Southern California, we are always looking for authentic Mexican food like we used to get back home. This place is LEGIT!!!!! Closest thing we’ve found to the real deal here in Texas, we will definitely be regulars now!!
