I’ve been to this place before and it’s always a great experience! The staff is always so friendly and the wait time is super short. Our waiter was especially great, and I even got a free dessert for my birthday! It was such a sweet treat.

This Saturday afternoon, I walked into Olive Garden with my Fiancée. I was hosted by a boy named Justin. He was wonderful. He walked me through the halls, talked to me about the menu. I’ve never felt more seen, by a host! As I chewed through my salad, I couldn’t help but think; “man, that guy Justin. He really sat me.” Thank you Olive Garden, for helping me find my new favorite host. Well, with all due respect, they should thank him.

This is one of the better Olive Garden locations. We had the chicken Alfredo with broccoli, and the chicken and shrimp carbonara. The food along with the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks ensure you are not leaving hungry.
We did share the chocolate lasagne for desert and this was standout good. Rich decadent, with a light wafer crisp.
We got 2 alfredo take out meals for $6 each for the kids dinner the following day, which is an absolute bargain.
Our server, Anna, was great and we were not lacking in refills for anything.
The atmosphere is well, it’s an olive garden, so you’re not there for atmosphere, we were seated in the bar area, which didn’t help, but honestly I could look past that as the food and service was pretty good.

I visited this restaurant shortly after it opened, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the start, our server was unfriendly and rude. She didn’t greet us with a “hello” or “how are you?” and instead escorted us to a wobbly table. I politely asked if we could be moved to one of the many empty tables I saw, but she flatly refused.
The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was disappointing. The pasta was dry, with minimal sauce, and the noodles were soggy. As we ate, I overheard a conversation between the manager and the table next to us about overcharges—specifically, an extra $6 per person for sharing a salad. The table behind us was also dealing with similar issues, with servers apparently adding extra charges to customers’ bills. When I checked my receipt, I discovered the same overcharges had been applied to my bill as well.
Throughout the meal, our server never once checked on us. The soup we ordered took so long that we ended up leaving before it even arrived. The service was absolutely terrible. I said “thank you” to the server multiple times during the meal, but she was always too busy walking away before I could even finish my sentence.
This was meant to be a special occasion, but the poor service and disappointing food ruined the experience.

Our waiter Enrique was a bit passive aggressive and condescending towards me and my mom. We were never once rude to him nor raised an attitude. We were quite respectful and patient and told him to take his time and there wasnt any rush. However, he would give us this stare as if we insulted him. When I asked for a refill of my soup, he said that he was gonna have to charge me because somehow it was an issue that my mom took a spoonful of my bowl. I was shocked because I never had this issue before and this is the first time a waiter had to police me what I can and cannot order. So I didnt ended up refilling my soup because I didnt want to make it a big deal even though I was very upset. I wish I could be making this up but it was really obvious theres a difference with his demeanor compared to other customers. He was so warm and animated and receptive to the customers directly behind us. He was a having a full on conversation about fogo de chao and other food recommendations with the customer all while being silently condescending towards us. The only time he was ever nice was when we asked for a check because we knew were about to leave. Despite being very cold to us, I still gave him a decent tip because I didnt want to reciprocate his energy and be petty. I just thought the overall experience was horrible and I always had a positive experience at olive garden particularly this location.

I haven’t eaten in an Olive Garden in years. We stopped in for lunch, and it was good. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. We had the bottomless salad, minestrone soup and bread sticks, lunch spaghetti & meatballs and the chicken gnocchi soup. Everything was really good. We definitely enjoyed our lunch.

The hostess would not give us a booth. Then right after another person behind us got a booth and then the booth behind us instantly got cleaned and she gave it to someone else. Instead of coming to us since we had just sat down and ask us if we want to move. She complained about something servers this and that. Yeah let’s alienate a customer so that the server doesn’t have to walk 5 more feet to a different location. The noise level in OG is loud. I don’t understand. Even when it’s mostly empty. The waitress was ok but could have been better. Overall not a great experience. The food was great. The chicken very tender.
