Well you know we get here first thing when they open up 12:00. They’ve been open up for 30 minutes and this is what you get at the front entrance. You think the manager would have had somebody out here to make sure that the at least the front was clean instead of looking like you’re about to walk into a pigsty. American flags, all jacked up rolled up in the front. I hope the food’s good because if it. Ain’t I’m going to take away my one star……. Okay so we walked in sat down at 11:57 at 12:37. We had gotten a salad, not both of us. Just one. All we ordered was a soup, a salad and a quesadilla and in 40 minutes all we got was a salad it definitely was not busy. I don’t blame the waiter. I watched him work in the bar seating. People trying to take orders wasn’t the waiter’s fault, but I want you to think about that soup salad and a quesadilla 40 minutes later only a salad came out…. It can’t be food down under because it’s going to be food going under with that kind of service. It’s going to take some corporate people to talk to me to get me to go back there

Took myself out to dinner and sat at the bar! The customer service I received from Robert & Brittany was 5stars alone! The way they seemingly work together is incredible! They just created a great atmosphere! Kudos to the cooks as well!!! My food was great! Chefs Kiss! Stupendous experience!

Went to Outback Steakhouse for the 1st time in years with family. We were greeted by a nice hostess and were seated quickly as the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. The lights at our table were flickering and it was fairly dark – made it extremely hard to see and read the menu. Our server came and took our orders and then we waited and waited and waited for our food. It took 25 minutes for our appetizers to come out and over 45 minutes for our entrees and when it did it wasn’t even hot. The spinach dip was entirely too greasy and the Caesar salad was drenched. The bread was great though! Not sure why it took so long when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Our waitress just kept saying that it would be out soon. By the time, the food came, the kids and some adults had already drank all of their drink, and because some of the drinks were speciality drinks, there were no refills. It took so long for the food that I had to pack up ours immediately because we had another engagement to get to. Waitress said she would give my son a refill on his drink, he never received it.

I hadn’t been to Outback steakhouse in years. I saw their commercial for the three courses special. On this occasion service was very slow. It was early Friday afternoon so it wasn’t that busy. We were seated right away, but it took over 35 minutes for us to get our food. The staff was very kind from the hostess to our waitress!
Dinner was kind of underwhelming. We had no issues with our order. I do love the three course meal concept, it was a great value when it came to saving on the dessert. Otherwise you’re still paying the same price you would anyway for the one course. I ordered the Caesar salad along with a 6 ounce steak and the thunder cake.
I wish my sirloin steak was better in flavor, but it wasn’t. It was cooked very uneven. Another person in my party ordered the salmon and shrimps and they said it was really good, especially the sauce.

My husband and I were here to eat on a Saturday evening and it wasn’t busy at all. We sat at the bar and had amazing service. We both got ribeyes which were cooked correctly. Everything came out hot and quickly which was amazing. Our beverages tasted delicious and our service was amazing. Everything was great and I would always recommend a place like this to anyone.

I didn’t want to go out today because I knew it would be busy. But th wife wanted it, so happy wife-happy life.
There was a bit of a wait, as expected. Once we got sat, our server was quick with drinks and food didn’t take long. Dessert was taking a while but the manager Omar delivered it and apologized for the delay. We appreciated his sincerity and will be returning to this location from now on.

Went on a Friday evening The atmosphere was rather null and void. The blooming onion tasted too greasy, my steak was not very flavorful and kind of fatty.The service was extremely slow even though half of their tables were empty. Since it was my birthday you get a free scoop of vanilla ice cream. The bread was cold not served nice and warm like at Longhorns. Overall I wouldn’t come back here again, I’ll keep going to Longhorns instead.
