My wife and I recently had brunch at Cooper’s Hawk, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had a reservation and were seated promptly in a comfortable spot, which immediately set a great tone for the visit.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and professionalism from the staff. My wife has a shellfish allergy, and the manager personally came to our table to reassure us about the precautions they take. That level of attention gave us real peace of mind and showed how seriously they take guest safety.
Our waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal without ever feeling intrusive. The service felt genuine and thoughtful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Excellent service, great food, and a team that truly cares about their guests. I highly recommend this specific Cooper’s Hawk, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed brunch experience.

We came in on a Friday night and the hostess was very kind, she let us know the only table they had was a 2 top table next to the hostess stand and many people have turned down the table, I was happy to take anything and when we said yes they seated us immediately which was great. All the food was amazing it was filled with flavor and all well balanced we ordered the chicken parm and short rib bolognese all delicious. Our server Claire was amazing she checked on us frequently and was extremely kind and gracious. The ambiance was great you can tell this place is a well oiled machine. Definitely can’t wait to come back!!!

This was my first time and I can definitely say I will be coming back to this amazing restaurant. The wine tasting was fun and everyone was super knowledgeable. The food was better than amazing! Garrett was absolutely amazing!!!! My boyfriend and I did wine tasting for his birthday and I asked Garrett if they had a cupcake or something that I could surprise him with. He told me hold on and I’ll be right back. He came back with a candle and truffles. It’s the added touches like this that made this moment special. Garrett was attentive and connected with my boyfriend over his favorite team the Denver Broncos. After the tasting we made our way to the bar for happy hour and had the sangria flight, my fav was the strawberry. Overall the atmosphere at Cooper’s Hawk is amazing. If you ever have the chance please check it out for yourself.

We just became wine club members and so happy with our decision!
My daughter wanted to go there for her birthday. We had 6 people in our dinner party. I do recommend making a reservation which we did a month prior. Thank goodness we did or we wouldn’t have found a seat. The place was packed!
The service was a little slow because of how busy it was but it wasn’t that bad. We were enjoying some fun family time so it didn’t bother us.
The food was delicious and came out nice and hot!
The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Seems like everyone was having a good time.
We were too full to order dessert but since it was my daughter’s birthday they brought out two truffles and a candle so we could sing Happy Birthday.

This Cooper’s Hawk location is on par with the other locations I have been to. I enjoyed their Thanksgiving full course meal. Everything was well prepared; from the appetizer to the dessert. The highlight of the night was definitely the pumpkin pie cheesecake.

We had such a fantastic experience at Cooper’s Hawk today. We had a wonderful tailored to us wine tasting and then decided to grab a couple small bites to eat in the bar area. Tiffany took THE BEST care of us. She had wonderful recommendations for us and we immensely enjoyed our small bites from the happy hour menu. Tiffany left an impression on us and we will we will back to see her very soon!
