My experience at this restaurant was really good. My online order was received well and was fresh and ready as I walked in. I are inside and found the tables clean and the restaurant well taken care of.
The burger that I ordered was perfectly tender and juicy with a good amount of spices and sauce. My fries went really well with my fries and they added more joy to my meal. When I finished my drink, I was asked for a refill and got one.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a bite to eat and is close by.

Shakes tasted good (ordered chocolate and a black and white), but the order tablets were a disaster. It was a challenge to get the order in. Had to keep pressing the buttons over and over. Would have faired better with someone taking my order at a register! The order was filled in a reasonable amount of time, so no complaints there. However the place looked dirty to me – I’m glad I didn’t order food.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And best hamburger I had in a long time! Dont get me started on the onion rings. Just the burger took me out ! I had a 2 pasties! I was on a budget so no extra stuff, just the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Each bite was like fireworks in my mouth ! Keep in mind it was my lunch break although it was night time. Anyway it was good GOOD !! I think it beat fuddruckers, habit burger and put all those other places to shame. Also the staff was so enthusiastic, checking on me showing me the ketchup napkins etc

The burger was very greasy, the grill was dirty, and the kitchen floor was also dirty. There were no customers inside, but the staff were loudly joking and shouting. When they brought our burgers, they were rude, not friendly at all, and very arrogant. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was nice and orderly, the staff were nice and the food came out hot and fresh! The fries were crispy and the burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly! I know most people already know about this place but I can’t not give my experience especially when it’s good! I’ll definitely go back!

I love me some Shake Shack. I think they had some of the best burgers and I obsess over their crinkle cut fries! My only qualm is that they don’t call out the names of mobile orders when they’re ready. When there is a long line for the kiosk, I’ll just order on the mobile app (life hack) but then I have to pay close attention because they’ll put mobile/togo orders on a shelf behind the counter without calling out the name so I keep needing to go to the counter to ask if that one is mine or not. Otherwise, very friendly staff and good food.

This Shake Shack was amazing! The food was great and the place was very clean. Service was awesome. Jeremy not only delivered our food, but was so nice to keep check on us and everyone in the restaurant.
